i went from 210lbs down to 175lbs in 2 months just eating one bacon king with chili cheese fries and diet coke per day, nothing else
i did have to supplement vitamins and electrolytes though
Fasting isn't good for your heart and only doing it for a week will have negligible results
Achieving a healthy level of fitness requires dedication and long-term discipline and effort. If you can't do it yourself join the army
Tdeex7/3500 is how much you will lose in a week by gassing, all weight over that number is water loss and will come back within 24hrs of refeeding.
Try ADF instead. I did that to get from 245 to 200 while adjusting my diet so I didn't rebound when coming off it.
It’s not going to kill you. But honestly you need to develop a new method of eating, something that is sustainable. You need to find foods that are not terrible for you that you like eating. Otherwise I’m the long run you’ll always be fat.
>eat in the morning asap >get fats from saturated(butter) and olive oil >you can eat a shitload and actually want to(2hr before small meal 30min before more carbs) or your metabolism will halve >youll tire yourself out way faster cns and lomg term fatigue wise so plan a week or 2 off before adding more calories back over a week >you CAN gain muscle size especially with meal timing if you do it right, look at what steroids do on a cut >you can also gain strength, but you just wanna try to do less sets in total than on a bulk but you probably dont do enough volume anyways
Hey dude I was 6’2” 230lbs and through the power of meme fad diets such as fasting vs just doing it the right way I ended up at my current 295lbs.
Do what I’m doing instead: >Diet
Get it in order. Don’t worry about deficit yet. Just ensure all the food you eat is actually healthy. Ditch anything that’s not a rounded diet. Chicken beef fish eggs fruit veggies rice potatoes nuts olive oil (no seed oils) occasional butter an coconut oil etc. MAYBE tortillas for wraps. Go light with any cheese you may use weigh it to get the correct serving size, I wouldn’t eat it daily personally. After a few weeks of eating like that, then start counting macros. Spend a week finding your average weigh everything and log it. THEN start dropping your calories by about 100 cals per week until you hit a 500 cal deficit. Keep that for a few weeks, see if you can handle more. Every few months reassess and determine if your stalking and whether you should drop calories lower or not >exercise
If sedentary start with walking. Start lifting when closer to 210lbs, and when lifting keep deficit at 500. But for now if sedentary walk. Idk how fat you are. I walk an hour a day, combined with my normal daily steps that’s 8k-12k steps a day, more if I do a night walk. Starts here you have to build up but aim to get an hour. Start slow get pace faster as your feet callus and shit.
If you’ve already been lifting, still do this but keep deficit at 500. Walk, lift, deficit.
Save running/jogging for when you’re under 210lbs, or just row. One day a week of “real cardio” for 20-30 minutes. If you are sedentary, then just save “real cardio” for when you’re closer to 200lbs revisit it later. >at 200lbs
Eat maintenance calories try to focus more on lifting still do your daily walks.
Fasting definitely works but it’s useless if you don’t already eat healthy. You will 99% chance just gain it all back even if you think you’ll be disciplined and eat healthy after the fast is done.
you'd need to do that 10-15 times fatty
If I lose 10lbs a month I’d be down to 200 in 4 months
IF IF IF
How about you DO

Any reason why a bacon king and not a double whopper with cheese, other than preference?
mostly preference, the mayo and bacon gave me a longer lasting feeling of fullness

You will never be loved

>Fasting isn't good for your heart
what happens to the heart if you fast?
It explodes
your heart explodes every second but the muscles around it pull it back together
