There's a sticky for a reason and google exists. We have no obligation to bend over backwards to answer such a vague question as "what can I do to fix this?" What the frick does he even mean by "this", and what does he consider fixing it? His fricked up pelvic tilt, his distended gut, the complete lack of muscle?

Because it is some fetishist shitposting some ugly ass profile from Grindr. It's boring, and there's already multiple general threads/stickeys they could be using.

It's 95% highschoolers and homos, 4% trolls, and 1% people who actually lift.

I'd assume you're supposed to eat at a deficit, but high protein, while doing some lifting that you can handle. At least that's what some guy called 'guts anon' tells people. I think.

Have you ever even done so much as a single pushup in your life?

Eat at a deficit and lift. Then once you're thin, eat at a surplus with proper macros and lift.

OP you have basically no muscle mass for those measurements. Just start going to the gym regularly, one hour a day 3 days a week, any beginner program will do, and walk at least a mile every day as fast as you can without hurting your feet/knees/ankles, just enough to get your heart beating fast. Increase distance or speed up over time, eventually running when your feet can handle it.

Fix your diet too. Don't eat anything out of a plastic bag. Learn how to cook a handful of easy and healthy recipes even if it's just throwing beef, rice, eggs, spinach, veggies into one pot and cooking them all up. Drink water. No sugar at all except maybe a teaspoon of honey in your protein shake OR a piece of dark chocolate once a day. Download Cronometer and track your diet for a few weeks to get a feel for your macro balance. You're probably sky high on dietary fat too.

A decent post for a change and the thread goes dead silent. Was this only ever just a troll thread?

start with lifting hard regularly. do that for 6 months to 1 year. don't forget to warm up on all your sets; look up mountaindog1 for good info.

track your weight every morning; write it down. start to pay attention to how much you eat and drink through the day; pay attention to the calories and protein amt. notice the resulting affect on your weight the next morning. scale down your intake wherever you can; especially on soda and carbs. don't be afraid of zero calorie "sugary" drinks as a replacement temporarily.

The obvious thing to do is to track your calories - but you'll come to that when you reach that point. right now the only thing u need is to just fricking lift hard, and to lift regularly.

      OP here..
Won’t I get discouraged if I weigh every morning? You sure?
And I’m currently downing 2-4 Coke Zero cans a day is that cool until I ween off to water?
