7 months progress

I was sick for 3 months which took away a lot of what I'd gained. All my lifts are up significantly but I look the same to me in pictures. Do you see any difference?

6'2, 172 lbs.

Do you have a pic from before you got sick?
Cause on one hand there's no limit to how much damage an illness can do, but on the other I see no signs of physical activity of any sort in the "after" pic.

        >Work harder
This. If you don't look like that after 9 months, you are doing something very wrong and need to try harder.

You are fricking around wasting your time. Stop doing cardio. Stop doing whatever the frick 8x10 shit you are doing and do a real program. If you want to burn extra calories, just walk more.

This is me at 8 months of lifting from a full sedentary background and no sports as a kid. I am 20, 5'10 216lbs, yes pulling a vacuum. I had mostly optimal sleep and nutrition (only meat, vegetables, dairy, tortillas, rice, and icecream). 3-4 sessions a week of full body. It might be because I'm young but you are probably doing something wrong bro.

You are flexing and sticking out your chest
      OP isn't

He is flexing on the left. Also I know it's a cop out but I have poor chest activation and struggle to flex it. If you mean bowing my back you are wrong also. I take a set of 6 pictures every progress photo session so here are the no vacuum and no flex pics
