My tdee was calculated at 1940. Which makes 700 cal only a -1200 deficit. People usually diet on 500 to 1500 or even fast. Sure I don't have a lot of weight on me already, but tdeecalculator.net thinks I'm 10lbs overweight and I actually feel that way as well
