    If you are eating 700 calories a day you shouldn't even so much as look at carbohydrates. At that level you need to be eating nothing but white fish and spinach to even have a chance.

        Consider eating more and moving even more. 700 OMAD will lead to all kinds of weight loss yes, at the expense of physical and mental performance. You need to supply your metabolism with the nutrients it needs to regulate all functionality well. All aspects of the body will deteriorate at such a low intake.

              Scientific studies don't contradict this at all. Any legit modern sports nutrition work will tell you to optimize micros and not only macros. A 700kcal diet is fricking moronic and impairs mental and physical performance. On the long run this will completely frick your metabolism and hormonal balance.

          700 is a little, but consider I'm only 5'7 and 155lbs (154.4 as of this morning, down .5lb from yesterday)

          My tdee was calculated at 1940. Which makes 700 cal only a -1200 deficit. People usually diet on 500 to 1500 or even fast. Sure I don't have a lot of weight on me already, but tdeecalculator.net thinks I'm 10lbs overweight and I actually feel that way as well

          Not to much left to cut which is why I want to go fast and hard to lose the last couple lbs. I'm aiming for 135lbs goal weight

          That's like saying "oh you benched 225. Thats nothing. I benched 230."
