then you made your bed. lie in it.
>wake up >go to work at office job >leave the office and go straight to gym >lift for 2hrs >go home, eat, and relax
not that hard bro, if you don't get out of bed don't to go to the gym don't get in bed in the first place
NTA, but people exaggerate how crowded gyms are. Only the bench press and lat machine tend to be crowded here, the rest is usually available.
Lat can be replaced by a frick ton of alternative exercises, and the bench well ... Just use the incline or decline press instead, because nobody wants to use it for some crazy reason.
I split up my sessions. I'll do half of my lifting, the important and most stimulating stuff, in the morning, and the other half, which is mostly isolations, in the evening. I'll also take a 10-15 minute walk, jog, or bike ride after I eat depending the circumstances. Every day that's 1-1.5 hours of lifting and 30-45 minutes of cardio and it doesn't impede my day to do that much because I'm not putting it all in one session. Makes it so much easier to schedule and you actually have enough energy to push yourself. After that it's a matter of eating and sleeping enough
5:10am wake up and get ready (15 min)
6:00am arrive at work
3:00pm leave work
3:30pm get home and work out
5pm eat post workout meal
5:30pm - 10pm ?????
>6AM wake up >work from 8-2:30 >gym from 3-5 >go home to eat at 5 >do a little work at home from 6-7 >cardio and additional work outs from 7:30-10 >go home and sleep
>Why do you need such a long break
I fricking don't.
Here in Italy works differently, lunch breaks are mandated by contract, I can't decide when or how much I need for that. That's also a reason why I'm trying to look for a job that will make me get out at 5pm. >Can't be an office job
I'm a programmer, it is an office job.
Holy fricking shit that's insane. I assumed it was gonna be some kind of service industry or retail where you need to cover busy periods. What a moronic law, an hour is plenty but you should be able to take less if you need
Usual day >alarm at 6:45 >cuddle with gf and grab her asscheeks until she actually gets up, around 7:00 >30 minutes to prepare and get to the gym >lift for 1h-1h15 >get back home at around 8:30 >shaker, shower and go to work for around 9:00 >work until 12:30 >get back for 14:00 >work until 18:30 and get back home
I sometimes take 3h and go to the beach. But I'm not your usual wageslave as I can modulate my hours around the construction site meetings.
How the hell do you make a shake, shower and get to work all within 30 minutes?

I just have to drive 10 minutes.
Usual day >alarm at 6:45 >cuddle with gf and tonguefrick her butthole while fingering my urethra and fricking cum and shit and piss all over eachother and then my neighbor joins in on the fun and I suck him off until she actually gets up, around 7:00 >30 minutes to prepare and get to the gym >lift for 1h-1h15 >get back home at around 8:30 >shaker, shower and go to work for around 9:00 >work until 12:30 >get back for 14:00 >work until 18:30 and get back home

I'm a programmer, it is an office job.
I do it before work. I never use an alarm clock so if I failed to go bed on time the previous night I may not have a lot of time for gym. But I always go, even if it would be a 28 minute work-out. I've discovered that's infinitely better than not going at all.
I'm lucky that I have a gym 2 minutes away from where I live and work. If I wasn't I'd have a home gym (again, infinitely better than none).
I'm sitting on my ass in an office the whole day. Of course I got plenty of energy left because I barely move at work.Unless you are working in a steel mill or something you really need to stop being a pussy.
I can't believe no one is providing any real answered only larps.
So I usually finish work at half 5 and aim to be at gym from 6 to 7.
I've been doing this 3 times a week for 6 years. It will feel like a big sacrifice of time at first but as your life changes that hour will become your only constant. Best of luck!
>get up at 6.45-7.15 >wake kids up, make breakfast, empty dishwasher, make beds >leave house at 8am while gf is getting kids ready >start working at 9am >finish at 5.30 >get home at ~6.30 >sometimes eat now, usually just sit with the kids, talk to family, settle down for the evening >set off for the gym between 8-8.30 >work out between 8.15-9.45 >shower, gym shuts at 10 >home for ~10.10 >~2hrs doing whatever before sleep
2 hours of free time on weekdays and a weekend probably spent on chores and just recouping from the work week without actually having fun.
What a life to look forward too...
Working out is part of my fun time. And that's the one day a week I'm in that particular office. I don't gym on 2 weekdays where I have a longer commute, and I have much more than 2hours when I WFH
Dunno, man. I know how you feel, but I just fricking forced it into my day. Sometimes early in the morning, sometimes late in the night. It was definitely worth it, because I'm much happier now. Having a home gym and working from home definitely helps tho. Also the fact that my job isn't that busy nowadays, so I basically work out while my laptop is open and I answer emails between sets.
Prioritize what you love over what you only do because you have to and nature will find a way.
Bad form. Arms are too flared out. Bar should be over the chest and definitely not the throat. Talk about shoulder damage and possible crushed throat (also no chest activation).
On a more serious note. I don't really have a reason I want to work out. I don't care enough about myself to get back into it and I'm not looking to get a gf/wife, so what do I care? If I die earlier than normal, then so be it.
>wake up whenever I feel like, try to maintain a strict schedule for my own sake, but sometimes sleep in >make whatever I crave for breakfast, big fan of pancakes with freshly picked blueberries recently >TURBOSHIT for atleast an hour >light cardio around the lake for 1hour, before swinging back home to grab liftingshoes and waterbottle and walk to gym >lift for an hour >back in time for lunch >fill the rest of my day with whatever hobby im currently indulging in, recently its been a mix of hiking, painting minis, and re-learning the guitar
Imagine wasting YOUR time on this earth, making someone else richer.
>Prepare breakfast night before (overnight oats) >Wake up at 5am >Stretch, eat, get to gym for 6 >Work out for 1hr 10mins >Get home at 7:30 >Grab bike and bag, bike to work for 40/50 mins >Get to office at 8:20 >Shower, change >At my desk by 8:40
>come home >quickly make dinner >pass out >wake up, it’s 10:30 >lay in bed and shitpost for a few hours >1am homegym workout >shower and go to bed
simple as
check your test, your test is probably in free fall from stress.
then take trt to boost test. this is the secret that all the homosexual top tier execs/salesmen hide from you.
>5 am wake up, pre-workout, take care of dogs >515 garage gym >7 to 730 shower, dress, go to work >830 to 5 work then home by 530 or 6 >6 to 830 dinner, play with kids, clean up >830 to 10 do whatever with wife until bed
I do this sometimes if I have plans in the evening and I'm able to work from home that day. Extra nice since I normally can clock in immediately sfter waking up instead of getting ready and commuting
Wake up 4:30 am be at gym by 5am, lift till about 5:45 (6am on deadlift) get back home eat shit shower and leave by 7:15. Not crazy hard it’ll just suck waking up for the first week
GO BEFORE WORK YOU LAZY homosexualS WAKING UP AT 6 ISNT FRICKING HARD YOIRE JUST MAKING EXCUSE BECAUSE YOUVE ALWAYS BEEN A LAZY SACK OF POTATOES AND YOU WILL NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING
>wake up >shower and get ready >go to work >get out and go home >change to gym clothes >work out at 24/7 gym >go home >eat, shower etc >sleep around 9 >rinse and repeat
>wake up at 7am >commute to work at 8am >get home 6 pm >cook and/or wind down till 6:45pm >get dressed and go to the gym at 7pm >come home 8:30pm >shower and eat some till 9pm >gf wants attention for an hour >(try to) sleep at 10pm because i feel like death with less than 8 hours of sleep
I feel like I have no free time. I am absolutely losing it. I don’t understand how people do this, i’ve only been working fulltime for a year. More often i get thoughts that i need my parents to pass so I can off myself. I genuinely don’t know how someone can do this for 40+ years. Perhaps I am just a lazy youngster.
>wake up around 7am >Get up and commute to work for 8am >Work 8am-5pm >Eat dinner with family 6pm >Play with kids, take them outside and walk around 7pm >Workout + Shower 8pm >Put younger child to bed 9pm >Put older child to bed 10pm >Hobby time until 12am
>1 hour or more prep time, shit, bath, eath, shave, get shirts ready etc >1 hour travel to work >9 hours at work (muh 1 hour lunch break) >1 hour travel back >1 hour to go shop or check car + some time time to relax
I have estimated that, after a full day of work I have around 2 hours energy that lasts during the first 2 hours of coming home.
If I can start the workout within those 2 hours, I can get a decent set of exercises in. Maybe even some free time for games/books later.
However, if I spend those first 2 hours fricking around on the computer I end up too tired to do a late night workout. Only loud music can make up for that and only sometimes.
30+ just leaves you with less energy.
when you are at home just dont sit to your PC. Start doing actual home shit while listening to music/podcast.
I have the same problem procrastinating while on computer doing nothing. I usually fix this by calling my parents while doing actual home stuff cleaning, cooking, washing clothes etc or go hang out in discord with phone.
I have one room apartment also. You are just making up excuses as you go.

With home office before - 5 workouts a week easily + daily 1 hour walks.
Without home office, with 5 days in the office. Struggling at 4 with walks 3-4 days
It's not impossible, it's just kind of soulless.
9-5 is ez mode. I work 12 hour days at a physical job, maintain my 30 acre farm, cook and clean, and workout.
Stop consooming cape shit and scrolling on your phone for hours. You only need 6 hours of sleep.
6+12=18
24-18=6
If you cant do your daily chores and workout within 6 hours, you are moronic. Also, often "being tired" is a cop out.
Working on your own shit next to your house is completely different from commuting for hours to a place where you are monitored and can do only stuff for your boss.
The level of tiredness is also different. Working on your own shit does not tire you out as much as trying to give a shit about some system you are insignificant to.
>Also anyone in a white collar job claiming they work more than that is lying
I know right? I roll my eyes whenever I hear some office worker tired "busting 55 hours last week." Lmao
At least software engineers openly admit they rarely work over 20 hours a week
>Also anyone in a white collar job claiming they work more than that is lying
I know right? I roll my eyes whenever I hear some office worker tired "busting 55 hours last week." Lmao
At least software engineers openly admit they rarely work over 20 hours a week
>he hasn't worked in understaffed IT teams >he doesn't know what it is like to be called in the middle of the night to save banks/factories/pharmaceutical companies from IT services failure
A lot of office workers are lazy as shit, but make no mistake, some really do bust their ass working.
Yeah bro, factories work with adobe reader and end user stations. Pharmaceutical software is kept running with restarts. Banking software is adobe based.
Really on point.
It's weird to me that no one has mentioned that... you don't need to work out that much during the week.
Go saturday and sundays. Then you only need to find an hour during the week. Don't tell me you can't find an hour during the week. This is a three week program which is acceptable and will yield results and much more than most people do.
>Oh but my commute (and I'm a moron)
Make the gym a stop in your commute and find a place close to work or your home in your route. And pack and carry whatever gear you need.
>Oh but I can't change into wokout clothes (and I'm a moron)
Any gym, even without lockers will let you quickly change somewhere as long as your not flashing your dick.
Even if you only want to go twice, lets say kickboxing and BJJ classes, you can catch one during the week and one during the weekend, and if you're lucky, two during the weekend.
It's gonna be hard in the beginning but the feeling of the pump will compel you to come back again and over the course of a couple of weeks it becomes incredibly addictive >t. lazy homosexual who could barely muster the ability to walk to the gym who now can't sit a single day without working out
I legitimately don’t understand how someone working a 9-5 CAN’T find the time to workout. I work a far more time intensive job that usually sees me working from 7 to 4 or 5, and I still find the time to workout, do hobbies, have fun with friends and always get a full nights sleep.
Learn to manage your time and get a routine
Fair enough.
Tbh, I’m not surprised people who work “wage slave” jobs are shit at managing their time and like to settle for mediocrity, since if the opposite was true, and they were good at time management, planning, and had high ambitions beyond senseless dopamine highs, they’d almost certainly never have ended up in a “wage slave” job.
Rich get richer I guess
At the same time they spend their free time on boards and forums speculating what ifs and creating delusional life changing plans that they will start on next monday. Also claiming they are actually far more intelligent and just too lazy to live up to the expectations or blaming other factors on their downfall.
I don't wake up pre- 7 am anymore because it's not healthy. Unless you're going to bed at 10:00 pm every night (loser shit) you aren't getting proper sleep, which hinders your gains. My energy, focus, immune system, mental clarity, etc are better sleeping until 7:10.
I work out in the evenings after work, usually between 6:15 and 7:15. If I didn't wageslave I'd work out around 7:30 am, but that's life atm.
>people actually commute for more than 20 minutes each way more than a few times a week >people actually work for more than 8h a day >people actually work all working hours
genuinely lmao. There are easy jobs out there anons, your life will improve. You don't need loads of money to live a good life anyway
>get up at 6:20 >leave home at 6:30 >arrive at work at 6:45 >work until 18:30 >arrive home at 18:45 >each day >since april >too tired to go to the gym
At least it's my own business but I am feeling the burnout.
>go to bed at 10pm >wake up at 6:30am >train from 7am until 8am >wageslave from 9am until 5:30pm >still have time to study at the end of the day
pussyhomosexual
i work 65-75hrs per week and have done so for more than a year straight now. you just need to be more efficient with your time, reduce time spent on unneccecary activitys schedule things closer together reduced commute as much as possible. its not that hard if you are seriously committed to but a lot of people claim to be and then give up when they reach even the smallest of obstacles. my training has changed I've went from double stacked ppl 6x per week to full body 4x per week. it doesn't take that much time to get volume in its just very tiring trying to get 10 exercises each with 3 sets in less than an hour.
>wake at 530 AM >Gym at 6 Am >7 AM shower, get dressed, make breakfast and lunch. >Commute >work 8 am to 4 pm > Home by 420 >Make dinner >Frick around until bed at 10.
I wake up at 8 am, exercise until 9/9.30 then I work for the rest of the day, have delicious dinner and go to bed at 22.30. Friday night and weekends I do whatever the frick I want
Most people who do workout most days with full times and families have sleep deprivation. You’ll never find anyone who gets a full ten hours a night. The meme of 8 hours is complete horse shit. Just look at the amount of coffee 8 hour gays needs to function. It’s becuase they are sleep deprived. If you wake up before 7 and are going to bed after 10, you are not getting enough sleep.
Fact of the matter is work takes up far too much time. Sleep is more important than people realize and we are not able to prioritize health. Well maybe when we retire we will get that chance. Until it’s time to work until exhaustion.
I couldn't stay in bed for more than 7 hours if I tried. I also meditate for around 45 mins every day, which typically reduces the volume of sleep people need (assuming it's done properly).
You may have just put yourself in a pattern of seven hours even if you do need more. Any reason why you may have developed a seven hour or less pattern?
I honestly want to sleep more >no food 2+ hrs before bed >in bed at 9pm >no tv or screen time >toss and turn for an hour or more >wake up at 5am daily >meditate until 5:30-6:00
I have healthy habits but never been able to sleep long. My wife on the other hand passes out immediately and sleeps until 8- 8:30
That's my schedule.
Work and grad school changed my ability to sleep average of ten hours a night. Used to always feel amazing after waking up. I blame stress from the above two as the reason for my current lack of sleep ability.
Summer semester edition >wake up at 7:00 am >Get ready for uni, clean up the house, take the bus (30 min ride) >Classes from 8:30 am till 12:00 pm >Go swimming for 3 hours with friends/random university Black folk or study at the library occasionally if i need to >Be home by 4:00 pm >Help cook, eat, shit, piss, rest, talk to and hug my family >5:00 pm till 6:30 pm online lecture >7:00 pm till 8:30 gym >9:30 pm till 11 pm study >Relax watch fun shit >12:30 am sleep
Current life: >Wake up at 6:20 >Prep and drive to work. >Stare blindly at my monitor for 5 hours, maybe achieve 1 hour of productive work, other 4 are staring off to space or trying to learn coding. >Go back to my apt for 1 hr so I don't get tempted by the snack table in my office. >Go back and do """"work"""" for 4 more hours. >Drive to gym and work out for 1 hour. >Go home, shower, eat >Either read, game, or practice HEMA stuff until 9:30 >Contemplate suicide until 10:30 >Go to sleep
By the way, if any of you think your taxes are being well spent, you are dead fricking wrong.
No. Modern work life is completely sedentary. A rest day I almost like being ok the couch all day. It’s not normal even for a rest day to do nothing active. A normal rest day would be something like an easy bike ride.
>work in healthcare >job has me lifting for 10 hours a day 4 days a week >take an hour a day to do jiujitsu on my three days off >still have 69 hours to do stuff on my days off
I think you're just bad at time management anon
>How do you find 1.5hrs on week days to work out?
you need to hit gym only 2 or 3 times a week, so you might as well go on Friday after work, then on Sunday and then maybe Wednesday if you're so tight on schedule
>work 10 hour days in physical work environment >get home feeling alert and ready to lift >weekend after catching up on sleep I can never find the energy to lift >even when I force myself to get to the gym the workout is shitty
1st shift (6am-2:30pm) >wake up at 4:30am. get to work at 6am >clock out at 2:30pm. get to gym by 3pm >leave by 5pm. 5:30pm-10pm is all yours
2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) >wake up by 9am. get to gym at 9:30am >leave gym by 11am >have some free time for a bit before work. >get out of work at 11pm get home by 11:30pm >can either go to gym again or whatever >sleep by 1am
3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) >wake up at 1pm. get to gym at 1:30pm >leave by 3pm. get home at 3:30pm >3:30pm-8:30pm do whatever I want >work 10pm-6:30am. get home by 8am >sleep 8am-1pm.
half the time I wake up at 3pm and gym 3:30pm-5pm. Black folk need not apply as they don't have to worry about juggling a job with gym cuz Black folk don't work
I come home , I eat my dinner, I sleep for 2 hours , i wake up , i got they gym for 2 hours , I come back , I eat supper , I drink my protein, I sleep .
Wake up repeat ...
Honestly memes aside, fix your sleep .
Gym after work, use your rest day to meal prep if you're gonna bellyache and go >But muh cooking to eat to survive >Gym bag in your car with you or something
Go to the fricking gym.
I "powerbuild" 3 x a week and MMA 3 x week and cook to eat my parents are wealthy.
I have no fricking idea how people who work exercise and eat healthy at all.
Time management they say
>7.55 wake up >8.00 turn on work PC, clock in >make coffee, take a shit, etc >8.45 start actually working >16.00 finish
it's that easy
t. remote master race
(though I actually didn't mind working from office either since I live half an hour from work on foot so I usually just walked there to get my daily steps in)
>wake up at 8:20 >at work around 9:00 and have my coffee and breakfast there >at 12:00 have an hour lunch then go for a coffe for another 30 minutes >at 15:30 have pre-workout meal >work until 17:00 and go to gym >18:30 at home >spend the whole eavning with my gf watching true crime or gaming >frick and go to bed araound midnight
Days when I dont work out I go for a 20 Km bike ride in the eavning. Weekends do whatever and workout before lunch.
>wake up at 6 >get to work normally before 7, which includes getting ready, making/eating breakfast, and driving there >leave work after 8 hours, around 15:00 typically >go to the gym for up to 2 hours >get home around 17:00
This routine still leaves me with like 4-5 hours of free time in the evening. I guess biggest takeaway is don't have a long commute or other bullshit that eats into your down time
I fricking wish. I work from 7:30am to 6pm, but I still work out 2 hours a day.
7am: wake up
7:35: roll in to work
6pm: leave work
6:30-7:30: make/eat dinner
8pm: arrive at gym
10pm: leave gym
10:30pm: shower
11pm-12am: read then sleep.
>wake up
>1 hour to get ready (if you are a slow woman or something)
>8 hours work
>15 hours sleep
???
Some of us commute. But it's no excuse
>5am wakeup
>6am leave
>7am-4pm work
>5pm-6pm work out
>6:30pm eat OMAD
>9:30pm go to bed
Do that 3-4 days per week no problem

not that hard bro, if you don't get out of bed don't to go to the gym don't get in bed in the first place
Isn't the gym packed when you go after work?
I have to wait until like 20/20h30 to go.
I’m gay I made this post and I’m gay. Just following up noting my gayness in case you couldn’t tell from my first post (which was very gay). I’m gay.
5:10am wake up and get ready (15 min)
6:00am arrive at work
3:00pm leave work
3:30pm get home and work out
5pm eat post workout meal
5:30pm - 10pm ?????
Posting on IST
Shitposting is in my working hours (now and next few hours) though. In the evening I just chill with my gf, play videogames, read or meal prep.
I do recreational sports, which is a little different, but finding the motivation to go MMA classes is pretty easy because I always have fun.
Lifting for lifting's sake is honestly pretty hard. Strength and conditioning for another sport is honestly the best motivation to hit the gym.
What do you do for work?
Do more cardio in the morning, improve your work capacity.
I didn't play video games or watch netflix, prime, etc... only on the weekends or rest days.
Those things can eat up several hours .
You're weak, in the mind and body, and also stupid if you can't find a solution
>6AM wake up

>gym from 3-5
>go home to eat at 5

>go home and sleep

Just fukken do it. Perceive your job as a workout in itself, and if not for your body, then you mind.
Use less energy at work. Like none at all. Half ass it. Take 30min shit breaks

t. 8:30-18 with 1 hour and half of lunch break
Why do you need such a long break instead of talking half an hour and finishing an hour earlier. Can't be an office job
Usual day
>alarm at 6:45
>cuddle with gf and grab her asscheeks until she actually gets up, around 7:00
>30 minutes to prepare and get to the gym
>lift for 1h-1h15
>get back home at around 8:30
>shaker, shower and go to work for around 9:00
>work until 12:30
>get back for 14:00
>work until 18:30 and get back home
I sometimes take 3h and go to the beach. But I'm not your usual wageslave as I can modulate my hours around the construction site meetings.
How the hell do you make a shake, shower and get to work all within 30 minutes?
I just have to drive 10 minutes.
I'll skip the urethra part
Usual day
>alarm at 6:45
>cuddle with gf and tonguefrick her butthole while fingering my urethra and fricking cum and shit and piss all over eachother and then my neighbor joins in on the fun and I suck him off until she actually gets up, around 7:00
>30 minutes to prepare and get to the gym
>lift for 1h-1h15
>get back home at around 8:30
>shaker, shower and go to work for around 9:00
>work until 12:30
>get back for 14:00
>work until 18:30 and get back home
I bet he's Spanish.
Close enough
>1.5 hours of break time
What the frick? what a waste of time
I do it before work.
Not op, but I work in a bronze foundry on 4x4 12 hour shifts. I just manage to eat, shower and crawl to bed before I pass out.
i video edit 5 hours a day and the mental draining from thinking all the time leaves me exhausted at noon and i can't lift. manual labor is easier
Just do short sessions or simply start going for walks. Also don't stress consistency too much.
Bring your gym bag to work and just do it straight after work. That way you don't get home and feel tired and shit.
Also then you have the whole evening to enjoy and feel good about yourself.
>get up at 6.45-7.15
>wake kids up, make breakfast, empty dishwasher, make beds
>leave house at 8am while gf is getting kids ready
>start working at 9am
>finish at 5.30
>get home at ~6.30
>sometimes eat now, usually just sit with the kids, talk to family, settle down for the evening
>set off for the gym between 8-8.30
>work out between 8.15-9.45
>shower, gym shuts at 10
>home for ~10.10
>~2hrs doing whatever before sleep
2 hours of free time on weekdays and a weekend probably spent on chores and just recouping from the work week without actually having fun.
What a life to look forward too...
it's called being an adult homosexual. If you're trying to actually be a productive member of society, you actually find being that busy satisfying
Sounds like you are simply a tool in the hands of capitalism, immolating your limited life and potential to the mere productions of numbers
Sounds like you need to wait until you're 18 to post here
Working out is part of my fun time. And that's the one day a week I'm in that particular office. I don't gym on 2 weekdays where I have a longer commute, and I have much more than 2hours when I WFH
Literally slave
How old are your [gf's] kids? If they're 4 or older they're capable of making their own beds
I go before work without fail just wake up earlier and go to bed earlier what are you REALLY missing in the late night 9 - 11 pm?
If I die earlier than normal, then so be it.
>wake up whenever I feel like, try to maintain a strict schedule for my own sake, but sometimes sleep in
>make whatever I crave for breakfast, big fan of pancakes with freshly picked blueberries recently
>TURBOSHIT for atleast an hour
>light cardio around the lake for 1hour, before swinging back home to grab liftingshoes and waterbottle and walk to gym
>lift for an hour
>back in time for lunch
>fill the rest of my day with whatever hobby im currently indulging in, recently its been a mix of hiking, painting minis, and re-learning the guitar
Imagine wasting YOUR time on this earth, making someone else richer.
>neet gives advice
Nobody cares about your opinion.
try not being a b***h
>Prepare breakfast night before (overnight oats)
>Wake up at 5am
>Stretch, eat, get to gym for 6
>Work out for 1hr 10mins
>Get home at 7:30
>Grab bike and bag, bike to work for 40/50 mins
>Get to office at 8:20
>Shower, change
>At my desk by 8:40
It's easy if you just wake up early
>come home
>quickly make dinner
>pass out
>wake up, it’s 10:30
>lay in bed and shitpost for a few hours
>1am homegym workout
>shower and go to bed
simple as
check your test, your test is probably in free fall from stress.
then take trt to boost test. this is the secret that all the homosexual top tier execs/salesmen hide from you.
Go straight to gym before or after work.
Go before work
>5 am wake up, pre-workout, take care of dogs
>515 garage gym
>7 to 730 shower, dress, go to work
>830 to 5 work then home by 530 or 6
>6 to 830 dinner, play with kids, clean up
>830 to 10 do whatever with wife until bed
I personally take a 2 hour lunch and go to the gym then. I then work 1hr later in the evening. It’s a nice way to break up the day
I do this sometimes if I have plans in the evening and I'm able to work from home that day.
I've never worked a 9-5
My job lets me workout 3 hours a week on the clock.
I like to workout right before the end of my shift. Of course there's a gym where I work.
>How do you find time to workout instead of binging ~~*Netflix*~~ 3 hours a night???
Fricking moron
I work from home and work out during work hours without telling anyone. I get paid to work out.
Do you really work out if nobody knows about it?
GO BEFORE WORK YOU LAZY homosexualS WAKING UP AT 6 ISNT FRICKING HARD YOIRE JUST MAKING EXCUSE BECAUSE YOUVE ALWAYS BEEN A LAZY SACK OF POTATOES AND YOU WILL NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING
>wake up
>shower and get ready
>go to work
>get out and go home
>change to gym clothes
>work out at 24/7 gym
>go home
>eat, shower etc
>sleep around 9
>rinse and repeat
>wake up at 7am
>commute to work at 8am
>get home 6 pm
>cook and/or wind down till 6:45pm
>get dressed and go to the gym at 7pm
>come home 8:30pm
>shower and eat some till 9pm
>gf wants attention for an hour
>(try to) sleep at 10pm because i feel like death with less than 8 hours of sleep
Don't wind down homosexual. Hit the gym immediately after work
I use to work 14 hrs a day, off 10 hrs.
>wake up, drink preworkout
>lift
>work
>come home
>shots of vodka and melatonin to fall asleep fast
>repeat
>wake up around 7am
>Get up and commute to work for 8am
>Work 8am-5pm
>Eat dinner with family 6pm
>Play with kids, take them outside and walk around 7pm
>Workout + Shower 8pm
>Put younger child to bed 9pm
>Put older child to bed 10pm
>Hobby time until 12am
Repeat.
You homosexuals are all so fricking gay that you didn't even ask whomst the breasts are in the OP.
>1 hour or more prep time, shit, bath, eath, shave, get shirts ready etc
>1 hour travel to work
>9 hours at work (muh 1 hour lunch break)
>1 hour travel back
>1 hour to go shop or check car + some time time to relax
I have estimated that, after a full day of work I have around 2 hours energy that lasts during the first 2 hours of coming home.
If I can start the workout within those 2 hours, I can get a decent set of exercises in. Maybe even some free time for games/books later.
However, if I spend those first 2 hours fricking around on the computer I end up too tired to do a late night workout. Only loud music can make up for that and only sometimes.
30+ just leaves you with less energy.
easy fix, get rid of your computer.
all of boards are just addicted to browsing media and creating plans. Acting more intellectual than others.
My cope is that my work is tied to the computer.
Yet do very little work on it at home, even though I need to, to get a raise and etc.
IT is a cursed field.
when you are at home just dont sit to your PC. Start doing actual home shit while listening to music/podcast.
I have the same problem procrastinating while on computer doing nothing. I usually fix this by calling my parents while doing actual home stuff cleaning, cooking, washing clothes etc or go hang out in discord with phone.
It's a 1 room apartment. It's either the bed or PC.
It's a miserable existence, but it is saving me cash for better days ahead.
He said while posting on IST during working hours
On my lunch break homosexual. Its noon.
I use my phone on lunch break, and for 30 minutes in the morning.
Cope harder
Working on your own shit next to your house is completely different from commuting for hours to a place where you are monitored and can do only stuff for your boss.
The level of tiredness is also different. Working on your own shit does not tire you out as much as trying to give a shit about some system you are insignificant to.
I work 12 hour days at a job I commute 30 minutes to you illiterate moron.
I load hay into trucks for work.
Cope harder
I work from home and do an average of 2-4 hours of actual work a day lmao
Also anyone in a white collar job claiming they work more than that is lying unless they do clerical work or are in upper management.
>Also anyone in a white collar job claiming they work more than that is lying
I know right? I roll my eyes whenever I hear some office worker tired "busting 55 hours last week." Lmao
At least software engineers openly admit they rarely work over 20 hours a week
>he hasn't worked in understaffed IT teams
>he doesn't know what it is like to be called in the middle of the night to save banks/factories/pharmaceutical companies from IT services failure
A lot of office workers are lazy as shit, but make no mistake, some really do bust their ass working.
wow you restart pcs and install Adobe reader for banks in the middle of the night
congrats
Yeah bro, factories work with adobe reader and end user stations. Pharmaceutical software is kept running with restarts. Banking software is adobe based.
Really on point.
$ reboot
$ systemctl restart apache2
5k€ thx
>reboot
>nothing is resolved
Oh golly gee, better call someone more experienced.
As soon as I get home from work I change clothes and go work out.
It's not that difficult really.
It's gonna be hard in the beginning but the feeling of the pump will compel you to come back again and over the course of a couple of weeks it becomes incredibly addictive
>t. lazy homosexual who could barely muster the ability to walk to the gym who now can't sit a single day without working out
I legitimately don’t understand how someone working a 9-5 CAN’T find the time to workout. I work a far more time intensive job that usually sees me working from 7 to 4 or 5, and I still find the time to workout, do hobbies, have fun with friends and always get a full nights sleep.
Learn to manage your time and get a routine
Cause people nowdays think free time = time spen on PC and see going to the gym as a chore or a job.
No offense, but this sounds like a projection. Don't worry, you described a lot of IST.
Yeah that is literally me couple years ago. ofc I still think im more intelligent than others 😀
But actually spend my time bit wiser while working on IT and pursuing my masters.
All it takes is 3x a week 45 minutes each time.
There's no magic secret. Quit being a b***h and just do it. Stay hard
I work from home and run/lift on my (extra long) lunch break.
i just go to the gym in the massive office building
>people actually commute for more than 20 minutes each way more than a few times a week
>people actually work for more than 8h a day
>people actually work all working hours
genuinely lmao. There are easy jobs out there anons, your life will improve. You don't need loads of money to live a good life anyway
I wfh in tech, and I have an elitefts bench in my basement to lift. I just lift during lunch or before i sleep
>get up at 6:20
>leave home at 6:30
>arrive at work at 6:45
>work until 18:30
>arrive home at 18:45
>each day
>since april
>too tired to go to the gym
At least it's my own business but I am feeling the burnout.
I am energized by the power of heavy metal
I work 12-hour days and I still go to the gym 6-7 days a week. It’s simple: just don’t be a pussy-ass b***h.
Go to the gym in the morning before work.
>go to bed at 10pm
>wake up at 6:30am
>train from 7am until 8am
>wageslave from 9am until 5:30pm
>still have time to study at the end of the day
pussyhomosexual
pale breast
Go to the gym at 7 am or go to the gym at 6 pm
Don't eat goyslop or drink goyslurp
i work 65-75hrs per week and have done so for more than a year straight now. you just need to be more efficient with your time, reduce time spent on unneccecary activitys schedule things closer together reduced commute as much as possible. its not that hard if you are seriously committed to but a lot of people claim to be and then give up when they reach even the smallest of obstacles. my training has changed I've went from double stacked ppl 6x per week to full body 4x per week. it doesn't take that much time to get volume in its just very tiring trying to get 10 exercises each with 3 sets in less than an hour.
>75hrs per week
do capitalism cucks really?
im sure scrolling Reddit watching porn and doing the weed for those hours is a much better use of your time.
>wake at 530 AM
>Gym at 6 Am
>7 AM shower, get dressed, make breakfast and lunch.
>Commute
>work 8 am to 4 pm
> Home by 420
>Make dinner
>Frick around until bed at 10.
Not hard.
Yeah pretty much this. Just make it a part of your routine. Once it's become a habit it's not even a second thought.
Wake up earlier
I wake up at 8 am, exercise until 9/9.30 then I work for the rest of the day, have delicious dinner and go to bed at 22.30. Friday night and weekends I do whatever the frick I want
Stop fapping in the morning and lift instead
>Working out in the morning
I'd snap my shit so quick
No way in Hell I have the energy or motivation to go after a long day at work so I go beforehand. I'm usually at the gym by 3:30/4 am.
I work from home. I go to the gym during my day 🙂
Most people who do workout most days with full times and families have sleep deprivation.
I honestly want to sleep more
>no food 2+ hrs before bed
>in bed at 9pm
>no tv or screen time
>toss and turn for an hour or more
>wake up at 5am daily
>meditate until 5:30-6:00
I have healthy habits but never been able to sleep long. My wife on the other hand passes out immediately and sleeps until 8- 8:30
That's my schedule.
Work and grad school changed my ability to sleep average of ten hours a night. Used to always feel amazing after waking up. I blame stress from the above two as the reason for my current lack of sleep ability.
If you have to ask for motivation you don't really want it. You gonna want to be better bigger, better and stronger.
Summer semester edition
>wake up at 7:00 am
>Get ready for uni, clean up the house, take the bus (30 min ride)
>Classes from 8:30 am till 12:00 pm
>Go swimming for 3 hours with friends/random university Black folk or study at the library occasionally if i need to
>Be home by 4:00 pm
>Help cook, eat, shit, piss, rest, talk to and hug my family
>5:00 pm till 6:30 pm online lecture
>7:00 pm till 8:30 gym
>9:30 pm till 11 pm study
>Relax watch fun shit
>12:30 am sleep
Stop dawdling in the gym. You do not need 1 hour to train two body parts if your training hard.
>work 10hr shift
>spend 2 1/2hrs at the gym
>sleep 8hrs
>still have 4hrs to frick around every day
>????
Why are you moronic
You take a half an hour nap on job and sleep on your way to work?
I work 12 hours a day. I bike everywhere and cook all my own meals from scratch. I just go after work for half an hour. Stop being a homosexual.
I go before work
usually start at 730/8 and go until 530/6
up at 415-430 and in the gym by 5am
Current life:
>Wake up at 6:20
>Prep and drive to work.
>Go home, shower, eat
>Either read, game, or practice HEMA stuff until 9:30
>Contemplate suicide until 10:30
>Go to sleep
By the way, if any of you think your taxes are being well spent, you are dead fricking wrong.
My taxes are spent converting men into femboys via gay chemicals in the water system and food. Worth it
i work 8-5, this is the bare minimun in my country
i hate firsties so much, fricking fat normies living in tutorial mode frick
>desperately need a rest day today
>feel like a lazy frick
Am I the only one?
No. Modern work life is completely sedentary. A rest day I almost like being ok the couch all day. It’s not normal even for a rest day to do nothing active. A normal rest day would be something like an easy bike ride.
>work in healthcare
>job has me lifting for 10 hours a day 4 days a week
>take an hour a day to do jiujitsu on my three days off
>still have 69 hours to do stuff on my days off
I think you're just bad at time management anon
>How do you find 1.5hrs on week days to work out?
you need to hit gym only 2 or 3 times a week, so you might as well go on Friday after work, then on Sunday and then maybe Wednesday if you're so tight on schedule
Source of b***h, lilyiislas on instagram.
I have the opposite problem
>work 10 hour days in physical work environment
>get home feeling alert and ready to lift
>weekend after catching up on sleep I can never find the energy to lift
>even when I force myself to get to the gym the workout is shitty
even worst if you have a long commute
1st shift (6am-2:30pm)
>wake up at 4:30am. get to work at 6am
>clock out at 2:30pm. get to gym by 3pm
>leave by 5pm. 5:30pm-10pm is all yours
2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)
>wake up by 9am. get to gym at 9:30am
>leave gym by 11am
>have some free time for a bit before work.
>get out of work at 11pm get home by 11:30pm
>can either go to gym again or whatever
>sleep by 1am
3rd shift (10pm-6:30am)
>wake up at 1pm. get to gym at 1:30pm
>leave by 3pm. get home at 3:30pm
>3:30pm-8:30pm do whatever I want
>work 10pm-6:30am. get home by 8am
>sleep 8am-1pm.
half the time I wake up at 3pm and gym 3:30pm-5pm.
Gym after work, use your rest day to meal prep if you're gonna bellyache and go
>But muh cooking to eat to survive
>Gym bag in your car with you or something
Go to the fricking gym.
I "powerbuild" 3 x a week and MMA 3 x week and cook to eat my parents are wealthy.
I have no fricking idea how people who work exercise and eat healthy at all.
Time management they say
>cook to eat my parents
>7.55 wake up
>8.00 turn on work PC, clock in
>make coffee, take a shit, etc
>8.45 start actually working
>16.00 finish
it's that easy
t. remote master race
(though I actually didn't mind working from office either since I live half an hour from work on foot so I usually just walked there to get my daily steps in)
that guys sister is made for bwc
>leg day yesterday
>didn't go to the gym
>leg day is now today
>still reluctant on going
Hate this shit. My leg game is weak and leg day makes me feel like I'm going to vomit. I wear long pants almost all the time so who the frick cares??
you can tell if a guy has a pancake ass and no legs through properly fitting pants too
>wake ups early
>breakfast
>big lifting
>go work
>come home
>eat dinner
>bed
>wake up at 8:20
>at work around 9:00 and have my coffee and breakfast there
>at 12:00 have an hour lunch then go for a coffe for another 30 minutes
>at 15:30 have pre-workout meal
>work until 17:00 and go to gym
>18:30 at home
>spend the whole eavning with my gf watching true crime or gaming
>frick and go to bed araound midnight
Days when I dont work out I go for a 20 Km bike ride in the eavning. Weekends do whatever and workout before lunch.
are you nuts?
>wake up at 6
>get to work normally before 7, which includes getting ready, making/eating breakfast, and driving there
>leave work after 8 hours, around 15:00 typically
>go to the gym for up to 2 hours
>get home around 17:00
This routine still leaves me with like 4-5 hours of free time in the evening. I guess biggest takeaway is don't have a long commute or other bullshit that eats into your down time
>9-5
I fricking wish. I work from 7:30am to 6pm, but I still work out 2 hours a day.
7am: wake up
7:35: roll in to work
6pm: leave work
6:30-7:30: make/eat dinner
8pm: arrive at gym
10pm: leave gym
10:30pm: shower
11pm-12am: read then sleep.
