99% sure I have this
(Skinny frame with bloated gut) but I’m not a drinker. Should I still go get an ultrasound for NAFLD? It’s very uncomfortable to move and I look like that bloated guy lying down meme
I’m basically 75kg (178lb) with a balloon gut. Will the doctor just take my blood?

Do you have to fall asleep to digest? Do you then wake up with massive abdominal pain? Does your shit stink worse than you might ever expect? Does it hurt to bend over and compress your gut?

If yes to any, get checked for colon cancer. Don't settle for that poop in a box shit either, demand a colonoscopy.

      >fall asleep to digest?
      No
      >massive pain wake up?
      Yes. Constantly
      >shit stink worse than you expect?
Not always, but more often than I’d like.
      >does it hurt to bend over..
Yes. Absolutely for a 26 year old guy, when I lay flat it looks like I’ve swallows a basketball

Attached is my body in December upon waking up (so no food),
So probably also go for the bowel cancer test too?

Most definitely get checked for colon cancer. Back in the 90's, when I was in the Navy [redacted] and then [redacted] and after that [classified]. Thirty years later, almost all of us got a Jacobs' Sarcoma in the Transverse Colon (aka a transverse malignant colorectal sarcoma).

You haven't in your life handled any radioactive waste or been downwind of a chemical-weapons "burn pit", have you?

If so, there's a new law:
          https://www.va.gov/resources/the-pact-act-and-your-va-benefits/

But, I've found, it's started a massive backlog at the VA, if they're your primary provider.

          Wtf why?

Diet consists of chips, candy and coca cola right?

nope, I have congestion issues. Can’t eat certain trigger foods , including pop or alcohol.

Probably SIBO, whatever you're eating gets fermented by the bacterias and they're producing gas.

You might have IBS or another GI disorder. See what happens if you cut sugar and FODMAPs, as awful as that diet is.

You also have anterior pelvic tilt. When you do a sit-up, do you feel activation in the front of your abs, or a pulling in and up, or both at the same time? You want to feel both, and not just front. I'd bet anything you only use the rectus abdominis.

Having anterior pelvic tilt is just as much about learning new movement patterns as it is about strength and stretching.

So you guys are saying this is beyond being a bit fat right? It’s some disorder or sickness?
I feel intense bloat / fullness no matter what. Like I said, this photo is me fasted after 8 hour sleep but still have maximum bloat kek

It looks like a GI or digestion/diet issue PLUS a posture and core issue. Both of them are hell to fix but it can be done.

Ascites is rare, and bloating and poor posture is much more common. Look up an ascites percussion diagnosis video. Basically if you have ascites and lie on your side, there will be a moving air bubble. If it's just gas and bloating, there is no moving air bubble.
