>a movie critic can casually Bench Press 310lbs and you're still stuck at 225lbs despite taking this shit seriously
Explain yourselves
>a movie critic can casually Bench Press 310lbs and you're still stuck at 225lbs despite taking this shit seriously

he's probably lying or confused
>Local fat guy benches 1.19 x his bodyweight.
He forgot he's supposed to subtract his bodyweight
/Movie Blob General/
brutal
Wouldn’t have happened if he hit 315
That's a fairly small amount of weight for an average-sized person, I'd say? The main reason bench press gains so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it. I wouldn't WANT to lift 310lbs in that timeframe, but I could easily.
moviebob seems like the kind of guy whose range of motion would stop at least three inches above his chest
I don't know much about him, but that is the impression I get
still, if he can unrack 310 by himself, I guess that is something. will he ever post proof of this feat of strength?
>everyone believes he benched 310 in some capacity, solely because he said on twitter that he could
You guys are *all* dumber than he is. Seriously, you're suicidally dumb.
if you're going to e-stat, don't say 260 lbs
I doubt it, just because 310lbs is a weird amount. You're telling me he's using 2.5lb weights?
>I believe him because he said he did on twitter
Actual fricking morons, all of you
Actually, it’s called X dumbass
>I believe him
>first comment starts with "I doubt it"
Actual moron.
you have asperger's syndrome, sir
I doubt it to but yeah, using 2.5 pound weights for progression on upper body exercises is normal, past noob gains anyway.
>my last bench was 310
He said this like it was a long time ago. I do know some fatties who were strong football player powerlifters when they were younger, and many of them are delusional about how much muscle they still have left. Anybody know Movie Bob's background? He doesn't seem like a former jock but it's possible
310 is still toi high, unless he took gym seriously (which ge didn't)
>hey still have left.
Boomers are notorious liars about this shit. They NEVER lifted the weights they try to say they "used to" be able to do.
>yeah I can only bench 1 pl8 now but trust me I used to be able to do 3 pl8
unless you're a fricking holocaust victim you don't atrophy that hard in anything less than four decades. They just lie so blatantly and I don't know why they think anyone believes them.
>unless you're a fricking holocaust victim
Never happened but it should have
I think he just means he sits on a 310lb bench because others would break
Mike would easily beat the frick out of this fraud in a 1v1.
I’ll bet my wiener and balls that moviebob has never bench pressed 300lbs. That frick moron is lying.
what would you get out of betting your wiener and balls?
someone elses wiener and balls?
We all know he didn't bench that. He tweeted an amount of weight he thinks is impressive and he knows so little about lifting he didn't know what 3pl8 was. It would be impressive if he was 180lbs. a 310 1RM is 1.19 times his bodyweight. It's the equivalent of a 165lb guy benching 195lbs.
>6'2 260lbs
obese
>Fattie moves his body weight + a bit
Wow!
>i'm 260lb
