>torn leg tendon
>heals fine in weeks/months
>torn shoulder tendon even slightly
>permanent life long damage that never goes away
frick it man i'm out, robot arms if possible.
>>torn leg tendon
fine in weeks
no.
literally yes
cope more homosexual
You either did not tear the tendon or you do not do anything remotely athletic with your legs if you think this.
I'm not the one with aids legs tendons that don't heal. Stop having sex with men and maybe your tendon would heal.
I'm pretty sure I avulsed one of my hamstrings doing RDL's a couple years ago and that shit took over a year to heal.
You'll be okay. I've got rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, and had my left shoulder reconstructed. 100% labrum tear, just fricken gone. No apprehension or instability now. Bone broth and gentle basic rehab exercises works wonders.
Did you need surgery or just physio? Only asking because I've done mine in and don't fancy surgery
Not for the rotator cuff tears, they just sorted themselves out over time. Not sure how bad they were, but the left ones must've been awful cos they happened the same time I did the labrum tear. That needed surgery, dislocated my left shoulder 150+ times in the 7 months before surgery. Can dangle and swing about trees no problem now!
>constant popping and clicking from shoulders for the past 3 years
Its over for me
i have something wrong in my shoulder. i can do literally any chest or shoulder excersice, but the moment i do bench press the pain last for at least week and a half.
simply determine what portions are not used on the other exercises.
see a doctor immediately and stop doing any exercises that feel weird. this is not something to frick around with, and could literally frick your body for life
Is it from the pinning your shoulder blades in one spot aspect? Can you do weighted push ups while pinning your scapulae like in a bench press?
sprained my shoulder or something moving furniture. Dont know what it is. If its a delt or rotator cuff. im nervous bros
yep that's fricked
back against the wall, arms flush against, back of hands pressings against the wall as if you;re being held up. keep arms flush to the wall as you slowly move them up above your head til your fingers touch. ehlps recentre the head of the humerus and reduces pain, even if very cronchy at first.

I tore my rotator cuff in January and now my shoulders are stronger than they were before. I hit an OHP pr at the beginning of July too.
It's the same with any physical activity. Don't you follow sports? Athletes are constantly getting randomly injured, even though though they're young and are top physical specimens. That's just the risk of being active.
Trying to lift beyond their ability and their form goes to shit. Or is just shit always
Because if you are doing it right, you are constantly pushing yourself to lift heavier weight for more reps. Literally pushing your body to do more than it can currently do. Pushed hard enough, shit breaks.
somebody post the guy doing a heavy press then it falls behind him
Shit form, even guys who have been lifting for 5+ years have shit form on some exercises and don’t know better and end up snapping their shit. Sometimes your ROM is too much and you’re not even realizing you’re ruining your body cause it feels fine in the moment. Triple check your form on youtube even for exercises you think are simple and basic, even for machines too. I see the buffest roided dudes doing reverse shoulder flies with terrible form, going too far back and ruining shoulders or stretching too much on lat pulldowns. Don’t ever overextend, swing or let the weight drag you at any point in the ROM and you’ll usually be injury free.
People usually only form check big compounds and forget to form check accessory exercises or machines and ruin your shoulders. Also quit barbells and switch to dumbbells only for free weight, you in a few years will thank you.
You are infinitely stronger than your ancestors.
Yet you are unbelievably weak compared to them.
Difference of lifestyle m8.
You are working out for strength. Your ancestors worked out because it was what life required of them.
