      I cut to 169lbs @ 6'4" and got a 6pack. You don't see abs if your stomach is covered in fat, simple as. The reason I had to go to what IST would consider auschwitz mode (it's still normal BMI) is that I have no muscle mass in general, so I'm quite light without the excess fat.

    how did you train them? post routine and also post body. Im the same height and i can still somewhat see my abbs at 160lbs, even on a bulk righ tnow.

    If you're skinnyfat (low FFMI) then it's quite possible for you to have mid-range normal BMI while still being overfat

    You probably have tiny arms, legs, chest, back etc.

    Also, have you tried flexing? Or are you trying to see full abs under flat lighting with a relaxed core?

      according to a scale I'm 12.4% bf right now. I could drop to 10% bf but that means I'd have to go to 130lbs or something. I'm already a skinny freak how much more do I have to drop? I'm gonna look like a skeleton before I get visible abs.

        I am not too strong but I am 70 kg and can benchpress my own weight. Also deadlift 110 kg at least 7 times.

    what helped me was full stop with the alcohol and reducing the excessive amount of cardio. Everything else
    >training them
    >good sleep
    >eating clean
    wouldn't have helped it if I didn't stop with the occasional beer. I understand this might be hell for some people and I think some things are just not worth sacrificing
