So why do most Gymgoers (some of them have been lifting for years) look way worse than this?

That's unironically around 80% natty peak at that bodyfat%.
It should take 3 years of dedicated lifting for a natty, but more likely 5+ for your average normie.

Most Gymbros are around 20% body fat. They will never look good because they will never cut.

This, picrel can be done in 2 years if youre skinny or even skinny fat, 6-8 months bulk hard and max begginer gains, another 6 at around maintenence while still progressing lifts, a year of cutting, if that, and you'll be there. Skellies can do it in a year if you work hard

frame/insertions. you can build the muscle, but if you're a shrimpy overall and the shape of the muscle is ugly, getting more size doesnt really help.

I kind of look like that after 4 months. No way this shit would take +2 years to reach.

Yep, I got that Terry Crews chest gap. Didn't want to start lifting when I found out you can't fill in that shit. Grim beyond belief that you can't fix garbage insertions.

yeah looks pretty much like 4 months of progress. not bad but if you believe in anywhere in OPs picture i have bad news for you son

it's always these teen newly started lifting idiots that are just filled with confidence about themselves and their "gains", from sedentary pudding its probably feels like a miracle that you can see some outline of a muscle in the mirror for the first time in your life, thinking you're some hot shit. this board is filled with those

            Anonymous

I'm far from a teen. The guy in the OP is just not that big. He's just lean and has professional photographer taking picture in perfect lightning. He probably doesn't weigh more than 70kg soaking wet. The majority of shit posted in cbt is probably more impressive if the picture is taken in the same circumstances.

yeah it's a professional photo which makes it hard to compare to any mirror selfie but look at his shoulders, lats, and pecs. There is at least 10lbs of muscle tissue you. You won't build that in a couple of months.

                Anonymous

Perhaps, I just don't understand the people saying this shit would 2-3 years to reach. It just looks lightning + frame is what's doing the most here.

when will you idiots learn that bigness is not impressive, leanness is impressive
those ab definitions definitely wont go away if you put on a normal light, but sure, he's not "big" like a fricking gymrat trenbolone blasting subhuman, should he be?

If having ab definitions under normal lightning is impressive then rejoice all the skinny shitters like myself I guess.

Most people never cut down enough to find out how they would really look like when they're lean and they vastly overestimate the amount of muscle they carry. So a beginner might think "I'm basically already there, I just need to cut" when they would actually lack a year worth of muscle gains but they will never find out.

  8. 11 months ago
    Anonymous

    Yes, easily.
This is a professional photograph allowing for maximun frauding, unless you're on the more extreme ends you could have this in half a year.

IST is sorta delusional, sorta right.

It's right that you can get a good body by normie standards in one year IF you consistently go to the gym three times a week every week for the full twelve months and eat with a consistent mild calorie surplus and enough protein.

In reality people lift for a few months then stop, then maybe start again months later, etc.

What you posted is more like three years of total consistency but I get that youre trolling.
