electric trimmer all the time, I use the norelco oneblade and cutting the hairs above the skin leaves no irritation. Use a good shaving cream and aftershave too, I like Cremo and Bevel.
Lately I've just been using jojoba oil as a moisturizer and it's been great, skin is usually dry/oily combo and it hasn't been dry at all, and new breakouts are almost nonexistent. Only other thing I'm using is Panoxyl benzyl peroxide wash. Just gotta work on fading old acne marks now.

Changing the pillowcase as I make my bed in the morning's just a habit now, and I really think it makes a difference. I've learned that Whey protein can cause this. I plan on swapping Whey for some plant-based protein powder to see if it helps because I'm dealing with the same issue. Probably pea protein, I've seen some good quality powders online for like .60cents an ounce.

Could be your toothpaste, if it dribbles onto your chin its almost guaranteed to give you spots.
Oh and have a shower after you shave, I use to get alot of spots around my mouth area because I wouldn't wash after shaving.
