White man choice for ADHD is tea, it was found in studies to work as well as adderall (tea extract caffeine and l-theanine standardized)

Wrong, if you're taking this shit long enough and cut cold turkey. Withdrawal kicks in like a mofo

How do you convince your local pharma israelite/doctor to prescribe this to you?
I've asked for ADHD medication for a while and he just told me "lol ADHD is a kid's disease, just get some fresh air" (not literally but something along those lins)

If you do not have ADHD, the effects of Adderall are negligible. The drug only brings you up to baseline and doesn't push you far above it.

    You're basically taking a placebo.

You've never taken it but are looking for someone to convince you of the benefits.
You'll be taking it regardless of anybody with real experience telling you it will only bring ruin.
You'll probably start with 10mg, bump to 20, then 30. Maybe you'll only run 5 days with 2 breaks at the start, but then you'll convince yourself you need it every day.
Then, every day will be replaced with 2-3 30-minute intervals, the rest will be waiting for your next hit, incapable of full function.
    Goodbye.

Not true in my experience, been taking it off and on for a few years. Went from 10mg -> 20mg -> 40mg -> 20mg. Never got withdrawals, never got addicted. You can easily lower your dose and skip days, I take it about 4-5 times a week to help with concentration at work these days. I also take 1-2 week breaks whenever my life isn't stressful, I'm sick, or I'm going on vacation or whatever.
If anything, the people fear mongering are the ones who've never tried it or are using it off label. Most will find it a net positive on their life.

No, obviously not. I guess avoid it if you have addiction prone genetics? I have actual ADHD so it probably has different effects than on normies.

You're a fricking moron, snorting it doesn't even do anything anyways, it's placebo cause of le epic snorty drug. It just makes it hit faster and go away faster, which is stupid if you ask me. Just wasting it. Adderall can be extremely addictive and definitely will have side effects if abused

It can be done. I’ve been taking 8.9mg every day for many years now. It works for my ADHD. This medication is not enough to fix it. Using willpower to concentrate is possible, but anything really boring can only be done within a 2 hour period. Watching a full lecture is nearly impossible unless I’m very excited about the subject. I don’t take more amphetamine because of the side effects and because this is enough to manage that low level hunger. If you have ADHD then maybe you know what I mean by that.
