8 months of lifting and I still look dyel and not aesthetic.
WTF am I doing wrong?

      Well I’m definitely eating enough because I track it everyday and get between 120-180g per day.

      As far as training…maybe. I’m working out each muscle group twice per week and train with hypertrophy 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Though, my weight numbers still aren’t impressive because it’s taking me a lot of time to increase the weight of my lifts.

        What about total caloric intake?

        Also: progressive overload. Don’t pressure yourself but you should see every few weeks a noticeable increase. Requires tracking.
        You NEED to push your limit without injury or overtraining.
        Try a set to positive failure. Try slow eccentric, try myo reps.

        Just increase them homosexual. You should train to failure, but you should train to get very fricking close to it. Ditch the 12 reps, keep 10 maximum. 3x10 for isolation, 4x8 for compound (big ones). Increase at least 1kg every two days of trainning. Eat something with suggar 20minutes before like a slice of bread with jelly

    Lifting is a great way to build strength but not really good for aesthetics unless you’re doing some very serious cuts at your current body fat percentage.

    Youre clearly eating more than you need & you aren't getting enough protein, I would assume.

    Hard to know what you're doing wrong since you didn't post your routine, but if you aren't at least sweating by the end of your gym sesh, shit at the end of each exercise, you aren't working hard enough

    the only drawback to steroids are that most of are too weak to handle the side effects, which means you are basically forced to be a natty lifter for life

    which means eventually youll give up lifting entirely because the gains will never come. youll probably gain like 7kg of fat before that tho and maybe 200 grams of actual contractile muscle tissue *best case scenario*

    Lifting for aesthetics isnt for everyone, roids are brutal on the body and on the mind, but they are the prequisite for attaining anything worthwhile when it comes to lifting
