Advice on protein shake fast?

Do I need to keep it under 500kcal or can I push it a bit over to get to my 150g protein goal?
Also low fat milk shakes or plain water shakes?
Should I take some vitamin supplements, will those help me feel better?
picrel is the whey I have in peanut butter flavour, taste is not great but I can tolerate it
I chose it cause I read online that simple is best and this is just plain whey, it was also the cheapest I could find that had no soi at all.

            protein throughout the day will spare more muscle. but i personally think 1 feeding window per day is the best way to do it for benefits. pick whatever calorie amount you think you can handle.
