Not even half a fifth per day. You're no alcoholic buddy. You're like a little babby. Main problem with getting drunk every night is your tolerance starts to get sky high until it takes half a fifth just to get a buzz. And then you start feeling like shit all the time from your body having to process all that liquor.
Nah you have to be drinking all day for a long time to get actual withdrawals. Not just drinking at night. You could get drunk every night for 10 years straight and stop with no problems

For staying fit, stick to high proof liquors to reduce calorie intake. Swig down some chasers and don't bother with a mixer.
Other than that, try to take tolerance breaks once a week to avoid too much organ damage.
I don't have mixers tbh. At best I'm making an old fashioned if I'm feeling like I need the sugar. Mostly drinking whisky on the rocks. 2-3 full glasses a night

Generally speaking the shortened lifespan of my fellow people is bad. On the personal level, my own dad died of alcoholism when he drank liquor daily for multiple years.
While all drugs can be fun, you gotta know when to take a break on occasion. But if you can maintain your health in the long-term, enjoy.
My grandfather died of liver cancer at 93 didn't look over 60 before the cancer. Was an alcoholic for 70 some years. Mom died at 55 from heart related issues with diabetes. Somethings your genes are more equipped to deal with than others.
How tf can you drink so much and make any gains? It fricks my sleep up so bad, if I go to bed drunk I get up at 3 AM 100% of the time drenched in sweat and wide awake.
I guess I'm just used to it? I've got a good routine and never drink before 6pm. But usually I'm drinking 2-3 triple whisky's by 9pm. I go to the gym after work 3 days a week.
Cleaner alcohols are usually the easiest on you shochu, gin, vodka, clear rum
Things aged and flavored like brandy/whiskey are usually have other shitty compounds apart form just alcohol.
I would try sakes there's a lot of them and unlike wines the type rarely gives you much idea of what to expect so it's often surprising. If nothing else it's lower alcohol% but you'll still have an enjoyable beverage.

i drink 12 tall cans everyday for months now and i can still wake up at 5 am to go to work and still outperform my coworkers
Honestly, alcohol has lost it's appeal to me. My tolerance is so high I have to deliberately try to get any sort of effect from it, and even then it's not worth the fuzzy feeling.
