I love it how fit thinks having abs is shredded and somehow something so magical that cannot be maintained for couple of months without turning into a pork. Meanwhile normal people have visible six pack from age 15 to 30 and never not lose it once. There is nothing unsustainable about a 12% bodyfat. Kinobody has had sub 10% for like last 12 years.

    Being shredded looks sick, but doesn't beat the feeling of just being heavy and dense. Getting muscly af and having that extra weight of some bodyfat is incredible, I got up to 240lbs at 5'10 with a little extracurricular help and it was insane, felt like being concreted into the ground and you just feel unreasonably fricking strong. Trade off is when you get that unreasonably thick everyone thinks you're moronic and talks slow around you.
