They are the most expensive price gouging to keep the plebs away everywhere 70€ a month for a regular ass gym is way too much at tops 50€ for a month or two expected. If you were to train Myau Thai and BJJ at a MMA gym you would have to spend like 140€ a month where I'm at it won't even pay back much tbfh.

I moved to a small town, we only have one gym and it's 40 Euros a month but the receptionist hooked me up with a 1 year 50% discount.
It's mostly old people here. None of the people here know what "starting strength" or zoomers are. It's pretty based. Never going back to pozzed big city gyms ever again
