All your gym gains cant make your skin bulletproof 1 good slash to the neck/stab to one of the organs or one shot of a gun hitting one of your organs and you're on the ground clutching your wound gasping for air all your blood pouring out and then you finally get to see if heaven is real or not.

Have you ever seen a stabbing anon? Unless you're completely caught off-guard and the guy's heavily experienced the physicality of the victim is extremely important. More often than not it takes a lot of stabs before someone can't fight back.

Yeah for sure. I bet so many people have died from going rambo on knife wielders when they could have avoided it. I only know that if you have to fight you need to sacrifice an arm to the attacker, if you pull away from the knife once grappling ironically this will get you killed, it's also the most common response victims have to getting attacked.
I've only seen 1 stabbing but it was at 2am with nobody there bar my gf and I, I saw the guy continuously try and avoid the knife giving mr shank room to stab down on the guy continuously. Only saw about 10 seconds before we ran though. If they didn't both have facial tattoos I might have done more than call the cops from the other side of town.

This is true, but more often than not the person is a dead man walking long before they're no longer able to fight because there will be no chance of stopping all the bleeding in time. There is a saying, the loser of a knife fight dies on the street, the winner dies in the hospital. Don't get stabbed.
Having more mass isn't everything. Especially if you don't have the stamina to keep on fighting. Then it's just a matter of caving your face in until there's nothing else left.
Fatties arent dense, picking them up is easier than the same weight of pure muscle due to how the weights spread and gravity.
Precisely why I have a power belly. I can still run a 7min mile which is enough stamina for most fight. I'm literally unstoppable.

I don't go to the gym to improve my performance in hand-to-hand combat. That's an inherently inferior strategy for staying alive regardless of your weight, size and fitness level. The meta is to keep distance, so either run (cardio plus training sprints) or use pepper spray/gun depending on how threatened you feel (largely unaffected by general fitness, requires practice on its own). There are some advantages to having good upper body strength when shooting a gun because it can improve recoil management, but it's still 90% technique. I go to the shooting range for that, not the gym.
I go to the gym to look better, live longer and avoid being barely functional/constantly in pain when I grow old. Plus the general utlity of being able to run and lifting heavy things up comes in handy sometimes.

Most of the lifts people do like deadlifts and squats , any heavy lifting will make your later life WORSE with it than without. Enjoy fricked knees hips and discs spinal problems from your heavy deadlifts and squats or just out right dying like most powershitters do in mid to late 40s or early.50s if lucky.
The solution is simple, don't be a power shitter. Both squats and deadlifts are absolutely fine as long as you're not trying to lift to reach dumb numbers at all cost.
I think front squatting is better for your back because it uses your core, I think what you described really can be avoided by strengthening core, that and not chasing powerlifter numbers and you'll be fine.

Me at 200 lbs while benching over 365 and squating 495 had zero problems pushing around 275 lb untrained guys in push drills.
I will say a 300lb trained guy who couldnt lift as much as me but still pushed me around easily.
Weight matters but a fat guy who never moves is still easy to move around.
All these people talking about “stamina after 30 seconds” are giving fat people too much credit. They literally have trouble lifting their arms straight up. That kind of person can’t throw a coherent blow, let alone take one.

That's true if certain aspects of fitness are equal. I'm 200lbs and relatively lean and there are a few fatties I'd be scared to fight that I know irl but they aren't typical hamplanets, they are strong and not easily gassed in a fight but theres others i already know id run circles around. I've fought a 300lbs guy who beat my ass and I've fought another guy roughly the same size as him and won.
