    Just use a non prescription antihistamine pill like loratadine, desloratadine, cetirizine etc.
    And if that doesn't help enough, get a nose spray too.

    Weird. I thought I had some sort of non-allergic rhinitis because I always had a blocked nose until I started working out, during workouts my nose cleared but it came back after a few hours but after a few weeks of training it went away for good

    the same thing happens to me for inexplicable reasons, I think I just have shite genetics and am allergic to everything. oddly enough sudafed is the only thing in the world that gives me anything that even resembles normal sleep patterns.
