Allergies

How does IST deal with them? It's allergy season and I'm losing sleep and gains.

Do cardio in the woods/park. You'll suffer for like a week and then become inoculated to the pollen and be fine. Also medicate.

      >and then become inoculated to the pollen and be fine.
Sad state of affairs when these moronic takes aren't even bait anymore. Now watch me get three (You)s minimum from other deranged basement dwellers calling me a pharma israelite or something like that.

Exposure to allergens can help manage symptoms anon, it's why they recommend eating local honey when allergy season rolls around

    cetirizine.
I useto be riddled with scar all over my arms, because I'd scratch till blood.
But after finding out about cetirizine my arms are clean, and I don't look like a heroin addict

I just ignore them. I'm not even sure allergies are even real. I think if you just ignore it it goes away and if you take bullshit drugs and nose sprays it gets worse.

My mother takes all that bullshit and constantly has "allergies" and I don't get shit regardless of what biome I go to anywhere in the country. I also sleep with my window open all the time.

    >not training your allergy to failure
    NGMI

but on serious note, the real reason this autoimmune issue happens is because we don't train our immune system, ie we have a set of simple and same "stimuli" that hits our body, we are living in too much of a sterile environment compared to our ancestors, this makes your immune system go wack and now thinks every small shit (especially the smaller it is) is danger to the body

What you do for rest of your life is easy. You stop using soap, shampoo and other cleaning stuff in your house. Don't do it as much, don't go to 0%
Also train your allergy by stimulating your body with the allergen until you aren't sensitive to it anymore. There are plenty people online who ate peanuts despite their allergy to them, eventually going up to 12 peanuts a day and training their allergy until they were immune to it.

Never had any allergies until I hit my mid twenties. Does anyone know why that happened? Fricked up microbiome? Second puberty? Genetics?
