This is the correct answer. Lower back pain is tightness in glutes/hams putting extra stress on the back.

      How do you do that?

I like this one the most, just google glute stretches and keep trying them until you find one that you really feel.

Simply raising and holding your knees up while doing dead hangs for a couple minutes every day helped a lot with my lower back pain.

Lower back pain can come from a variety of different issues but a common one is too much movement of the spine during movements like squats or deadlifts, often due to poor core strength/recruitment. You can address this with exercises like farmers walks, suitcase carrys or the McGill Big 3

your spinal erectors are supposed to get sore after training them like any other muscle. if they don't recover between sessions do less or decrease frequency.

Walk with better posture and more often. Erectors are all about endurance and imo the best way to train them effectively in their proper balance is to use them doing what they're made for.

not enough info to give good advice.

its better if you actually take the time to figure out where the pain actually is at and what exactly exacerbates it, then you don't have to come on here and ask a bunch of morons of which most will troll you

Keep a slight bend in your knees when standing. Flex abs when pushing through legs or lifting.
Keep your weight in the balls of your feet.

Stretching glutes is pretty hard to do really well and I always going for a walk and increasing my walking activity really helps for tight glutes/lower back

I have had two hip surgeries so my glutes tend to get tight and make my back hurt. Like anon said, you have to use your erectors in an endurance fashion and keep them strong. I stretch every morning/after work as well. Most people give up on lower back stretches too quickly. A low back pain can take months to fix , and by fix I mean not take the pain away but actually fix your underlying issues mechanically
