yeah my friend has written me a routine.. it seems like a lot of leg work tho but he said i need to build up my core and lowerbody before anything else and then move onto upper body. Im gonna get a blood test soon but my friend says hes gonna help me get steroids and manage my hormones from here, he's got a really good physique and makes me feel very safe so i trust him.

In case you're being genuine, somatotypes are bullshit pseudoscience pushed by people who don't have real jobs but want to justify their existence and sell equally bullshit books to people who don't know any better. Just make sure you get the right amount of calories and protein from healthy sources and lift hard from a balanced workout plan.
This is my plan for example. You don't have to follow the percentage calculations, just take it and simplify it for yourself if you want.
This is your diet from now on. Milk is really good if you want to gain weight because it's a lot of calories and protein for relatively cheap and it's easy to digest
ive been doing 5 3 1 but just the bimbo split (no upper body) and some iso progressive overload dropset hypertrophy program where u just add like 4 kg or so to the max every 4 weeks (i cant remember what it was called but its based around sets of 16x3 and 10x4) and its really helped, i used to struggle with anorexia in highschool but now im quite healthy.
As long as your strength/muscle size is increasing, keep at it. I generally stick to simpler programs that range from 5x5 to 4x8 though, and try not to over complicate it.
But yeah, body types are bullshit just do what you have to do to build muscle/strength and keep fat low.
go check with a doctor OP. i dont want to make you feel hurt by this but you look a bit abnormal. it's better to get help early and treat it than later.
