Pretty certain most people get more aggressive when they lift regularly. At least I do. I'd just assumed it was increased test honestly.

      >Muh increased test
Meme. I'm on 1g a week of testosterone right now and I'm not any more aggressive. I'm hornier and sweatier but not aggressive. The tiny differences in the normal natty range are imperceivable. Most of the hype about testosterone affect on mood is shilled by supplement companies selling their natural test boost products.

It's a meme that lifting increases testosterone, or at least to a level you can feel the changes.
What you are experiencing is stress hormones.
Training is a stress, which up to the point you can recover from, is beneficial.
But most people are overtraining, you are one of them.
What you need is to do just do 1 set to failure for each exercise you are doing, cut off all the excessive useless volume you are doing that's fatiguing you with no real benefit.
You also need more rest days and more carbs.

This is the answer. It's the increased cortisol.

probably more confidence and you havent figured out how to deal with it yet. atleast that happened to me after my first 3 months training, then it mellowed out.

      most people are undertraining.

maybe some are working out a bit too much to recover efficiently

but you have to put in some very, very serious effort long term to actually overtrain

1 set to failure? What kind of moronic shit is this?

That's all that's required for hypertrophy.
If you are a competitive powerlifter/strongman/weightlifter then this doesn't apply as much to you, since strength is also a skill and a neurological adaptation.

If you aren't regularity punching holes in your wall you should have your T checked asap.
You're not displaying healthy make behaviour if that isn't the case.

that would mean i have another thing to fix and spend less time lifting
why dont i just punch a hole in your face so nothing of value is lost

Sounds like you should invest in some actual plaster walls instead of cardboard garbage.

You should read up on bipolar disorder. What happens to them is an extreme version of what happens to normal people. Positive life changes in bipolar people can trigger mania which includes positive mood, increased irritability and aggression, decreased impulse control, increased sex drive, etc. In normal people you can still get something like this any time you make big changes in life that get you on a positive kick. A new job, new apartment, new girlfriend, etc. They will put you in a state that is almost manic except you're not crazy. It tends to wear off though after a while once things settle down and become routine. If you want it to last you need to keep changing things up and keep gathering positive momentum. If you want it to cool off then just maintain status quo.

Is there anything more cringe than having "anger issues" over the age of 13?

I started a nofap streak (ive done a few so I kinda know what im talking about) and I definitely have more energy and aggression. This ends up translating well into the gym. Just grab those weights and push like a mad man. Take advantage of your aggression and lift like you're trying to kill someone. Afterwards you'll feel much better.
