Without lifting, I was cute but didn't get very much attention from girls, got a LOT of attention from gay guys even though I am straight. When I started lifting I made sure not to bulk up at all, I just got defined muscles while still being very small/thin. The girls were all over me, it was crazy, I never had any idea I could be so popular.
So my recommendation is to continue lifting but don't eat in excess, try to maintain your current body weight or only go up 5-10lbs.

Yes, but only because you're assuming that the fem/prettyboy requires you to not lift. The idea fem/prettyboy look is at the minimum still fairly 'toned' and lean, with a reasonable amount of muscle, just at a low overall body mass. BTW this is also the physique that women like the most (prettyboy with some muscle).
