Ive taken a good 120mcg a day for a week and experienced no negative symptoms just ran a little hot and was really thirsty all day, got the best sleep of my adult life on that shit, woke up after 6 hours every day on the dot no alarm clock needed vs typically needing 10 hours of sleep to not hate my life and even then feeling a bit groggy but clen had me up and attem ready to go every morning. Wish I could take it every day but I didnt want to build a tolerance, about to start another couple weeks after having 5 weeks off
