It comes in topical form, I personally use 6 mg of DHEA daily and 3mg of androsterone daily but YMMV
I've heard you shouldnt take more androsterone than DHEA. dhea is perfectly fine to take whenever but androsterone is best to take at night cuz it can make you sleepy.
Some people get extra with it and rub them into their ballsack but I find putting it on my forearm works just fine.

That aside, oral only cycles are completely and utterly POINTLESS. You will suppress your natural testosterone production and constantly feel “peaks and valleys” in your t levels due to their short half lives. You NEED a base of testosterone so you can avoid this, and then you can add orals in on top. Bottom line is, stop being a beat-around-the-bush homosexual and pin for gods sake.
