      Try steaming them in a covered saucepan with a little water or even pinch butter until the yolk is the color you want and they should be perfect for over easy and a little bit more digestible too. Spices help.......

    prepare rice -> throw in pan with tiny bit of butter -> add eggs on side of pan -> mix when they firm up a bit -> add literally any sauce/spices

      Poached or soft boiled.
      You want the whites set and the yolk runny or soft, because it has all the micronutrients that get damaged from heat whereas the whites are basically just protien that gets absorbed better cooked.
      Takes some dialing in, but you can poach an egg in the shell japanese onsen egg style. It's my favorite, and I'm still trying to get the timing right

    I'm allergic to eggs I think. Whenever I eat them it gives me stomach pain for the whole day, bloating, burps, and acne for days. I've read somewhere that if I only eat the yokes I should be fine, and that it's the eggwhite that's the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.

    Do it in the microwave, easy and tasty. Just break 1-3 eggs into a cup, stir it so it becomes a mix. Put to microwave for 30-120sec and watch it doesnt explode or raise over the edges and voila - all ready. You can thank me later. I usually put it on a sandwich.

    3 eggs every day. I'd do 4 but they're rayher expensive, so I stick to dairy and supplements for the filler calories/protein in my diet. Hell if I could afford it I'f eay 6-7 each day, between milk, cheese, yoghurt, wheyetc I'm milking a cow dry eaxh day just to meet macros.
