Didn't for me, everything about my posture is perfect now except for that. It doesn't damage your spine or whatever though so it's probably fine

The body is a system of systems, abs and butt are important, but chances are you probably also have tight hamstrings, hips and other stuff too. You should work on making those areas less tight so that your body can stand up straight

      no, it will get worse
      >hips and other stuff too
lats, pecs, hip flexors and locked into brick thoracic spine, completely immobile scapulae - be careful though, if u work on your posture u will get very fast improvements and u will suddenly lose sight of your feet when u walk, carefel - u might trip!

Do you sit a lot? If yes, there's no need to test, you probably do. You can do what he does in this video though. Can your leg go straight?

So what muscles should I work out to avoid looking like that?

Try pulling down with your toes when walking, as if trying to grip the floor. You might find you engage your glutes more which should help reduce tilt.

Be careful trying to fix atp by squeezing your ass to change posture
Doing so has given me hemorrhoids

Why do people have such fatalistic attitudes about this shit? Just stand up right now, and move your hips around a bunch and pay attention while you do. Oh, look! Sometimes they swing forward. Good! Now make the choice to keep them pushed more forward, and keep doing it. That is literally all it takes.

if you don't stretch it will never fix.
you can't outlift what is a lifestyle problem dumbass.

stretch, stretch a lot, and simply stand up and walk. the abs and butt will strengthen on their own.

    How to defeat scoliosis?

I had the same problem and mostly eliminated it, I stretched my hip flexors every day increasing intensity, did a lot of basic crunches with the booty bands girls used so I'd strengthen my glutes simultaneously. I didn't notice a single difference until about 2 weeks of constantly doing it, then it all kind of snapped into place. I take that booty band to work with me and will just use it while im sitting if my back hurts. Easy to get discouraged because nothing happens before a couple weeks of inconsistency. Stretch your lower back a lot too.

Oh to add on to this try to sit and sleep in posterior pelvic tilt as much as possible too. In my car I put the bottom part of the seat all the way up to lift my legs and back into posterior tilt, and I sleep on my side with my legs pulled up to my chest to keep my back like that as well. A lot of my standing back pain went away after doing all this
