engage ur core all the time so ur hips are tucked and keep shoulders back. not so u look like a spastic but so it’s straight and aligned. most men be walking around with their core disengaged, u should be using it all the time while walking and standing. it’s a lot of the reason why people get back pain as well. more vain women tend to learn to walk with their core engaged because it stops them from looking like they have fupa, but actually gives good posture in doing so so its a win. men should also be engaging their core when upright
“Engage your core” is such a general statement that it almost means nothing. Did you know your “core” includes your lower back muscles.
By engage do you mean abs flexed? Tummy sucked in? Pushed out? Valsalva maneuvered? All of these things are core engagement. Please be more specific anon.
Sucking it in, i think. I have the same issue and seems to improve when i suck it in. Never heard that we should always do this tho, no one ever told me that for sure.
Pelvic tilt looks fine, your hip flexors might be tight or it could be the shot

Was thinking the same exact thing
fishing is gay and boats are money pits
I have the exact same, my physical therapist said at this age (26) it can't be reversed
Your pt is moronic as ut's just a muscle imbalabce that can be fixed with some stretches and training weak muscles.
why arent you doing deadlifts to correct it
