The fiber in uncooked carrots is uniquely indigestible, absorbs endotoxins and serotonin, 95% of which is produced in the gut and what's probably responsible for your issues.

The Bible doesn’t specifically mention not doing this, and I have read about the procedure as means of making healthy food more desirable… but I balk at the idea of explaining it to God, assuming it was frowned upon. It would just be awkward to try to defend it. I’ve got enough strange shit I have to explain during the great internet-search-history-playback in the sky I have coming.

My gut Flora literally got annihilated by antibiotics on purpose for intestine surgery. Twice. The IBS symptoms I regularly had then for several years disappears when I lost weight. They came back when I put on weight again and disappeared when I lost it again.

You go to an established gastroenterologist, specifically one well versed in gut dysbiosis or overgrowth. And then you do what they say.

      What do they normally say?

Faecal microbiota transplantation. aka eating a good looking twink's ass (seriously)

      Do NOT do this
I wasted years going to multiple gastroenterologists to resolve my gut issues. They wasted my time and never provided me with anything approaching useful advice or medication. They don't have a clue about anything outside the established medical paradigm, which ignores/dismisses things like gut microbiome, diet, and other lifestyle factors.

I ended up studying nutrition on my own and learned that my gut was destroyed by my diet. Eat fermented foods like sauerkraut and raw milk kefir. Consider taking a probiotic supplement. Minimize fiber intake. If all else fails, try elimination diets like carnivore. Despite what the mainstream will tell you, animal products and especially meat are the easiest foods on the human gut.

        >Minimize fiber intake
Isn't fiber the most important thing for gut health?

          Anonymous

Yes, healthy fibers like oats are considered prebiotics, which aims to strengthen the 'good gut bacteria', whereas stuff like kefir is a probiotic, which tries to introduce new good gut bacteria.

          Anonymous

No. I've found that the less fiber I eat, the better my digestion. Try it for yourself and see (obviously this doesn't mean eat low-fiber goyslop - eat real food like meat).

Same thing happened to me. IBS for years after taking an antibiotic.
I still have bad days, but it seems like Kefir is slowly making it better. However, is that because my gut bacteria is replenishing or that dairy is making my poop more solid? Idk, I guess time will tell

I have the same experience as , I've had a weird lung problem that didn't go away for months, after months doctors finally blasted the lung problem away with antibiotics, but after I finished the treatment my body completely crashed (fatigue, constantly sick, to the point of almost crying from pain). More than 1,5 year of additional blood tests and other scans and a lot of supplements it slowly got better, my biggest improvement was when I started taking a lot of Kefir every day, buy a bunch of brands and try which works best for you. My energy slowly came back, my gut isn't bloated any more, and my stool has been perfect again.

Couldn't you just eat fermented foods and gain some healthy gut microbes that way, or is it more complicated than that. I love eating sauerkraut, kim chi, and fermented garden vegies. is there more that i need to do besides this? if not I'm just going to eat a bowl of sauerkraut everyday lol.

I developed a gluten intolerance and just general IBS symptoms after antibiotics.

Sucks that I didn't even need them I was prescribed them as a blocker to seeing a specialist, my GP wouldn't lete see an ENT until I had ruled out a nose infection.

Check out Natasha Campbell. From my own xp you can just take prebiotics for disruption control during the antibiotics course and then for 2-3 weeks after it. Take more than one brand for more variety especially ones in liquid form and add prebiotic foods to your diet. Also read The Ultramind Solution.

I was put on multiple strong doses of different antibiotics for over the course of 2 years, I have IBS, anxiety, depression etc

I also had those things before I started taking them.

The effect of antibiotics is overblown, as long as you're not a super uber clean freak the bacteria is re-introduced into your gut over the months following.

What happens is you're reading into this shit online and effectively building up this narrative why you feel bad, or you're fixating on it and making yourself feel worse.

I had really bad IBS for years but I'm now cured. You can fix your gut health and nearly all chronic health problems by doing a full detox

    >parasite cleansing
    >liver cleansing
    >heavy metal cleansing
    >removal of mercury fillings and root canals
    >replacing goyslop with a nutritious natural diet
    >avoiding all pharamaceutical drugs and vaccines

A full detox may take months or years. Pic related a good book I'd recommend to get started if you're serious about fixing you health.

For every "problem" there are 10 snake oil salesmen telling you they can fix it, and get rich off doing so.

In reality, there isn't much of a problem in the first place. If you took 1 or 2 courses and think they ruined your gut, you're moronic because there are people who have taken doses way higher and far longer than you and they are fine.

Can someone tell me what the frick happened these last 2 years?
    >suddenly one day shits are all liquid mush, burns and stings really bad
    >gets worse over few weeks, a good day it’ll be like mud some really bad days it’s pure liquid
    >spend minimum 30 minutes wiping often have to get into shower to finish the job
    >zero diet changes
    >try getting more fiber in diet, no change
    >try psyllium husk, very little change
    >start eliminating foods
    >seems like most diary is the cause, believe I’m lactose intolerant
    >few weeks no dairy it’s mostly very soft squishy bright green logs but never a solid brown turd, despite no dairy mud starts up again
    >guess this is just my life now maybe I have bowel cancer, back to eating my normal diet
    >liquid mud continues for another year
    >suddenly one day 3 months ago have a shit that takes everything out of me
    >sweating and red faced on toilet, crying, ass felt like it prolapsed, can’t barely breath it’s so bad, when done I was dizzy and thought I saw shadows moving around the room
    >Next day finally take first solid shit in years
    >Mfw every day since my shits are normal again, big solid turds normal color
    >no longer spending 30 minutes just wiping
What the frick was this. Literally no changes in diet. Only change was being in my feet more each day and getting more sun. It’s like that final really bad shit purged something out of me. Even the smell of my shits has changed. I’m even farting a lot now. It’s like I wasn’t digesting food or something and now I am.

Impossible to say bro, my first thought was cancer but they have ways to detect that and it probably wouldn't have just stopped. Maybe some kind of parasite (tape worm or something).

These frickers sometimes can be killed by not eating enough to keep them alive (or eating shit that poisons them) so maybe you had one in you and it died and now it's gone.

Then again I have no idea.

have you been checked for gallstones? I probably have them and fats from food like peanut butter or chicken sometimes give me that liquid shit. I also feel somewhat delirious if I try to do anything too soon after eating, very hard to explain but I'll look out of my car window at other cars and mailboxes and they appear much smaller than they really are and I'll imagine that I could pick them up or throw them. my shits also got really putrid but there wasn't always consitancy to that. I just hope it isn't cancer or serious liver disease.

I got food poisoning and that with antibiotics destroyed my gut to point where I could barely eat. So I bought tons of Actimel, Yakult, Kefir, Sauerkraut, Kombucha. The new gut flora actually cannot tolerate junk food or soda which is great. I went from 2ltr soda a day to just water

Antibiotics can reportedly lead to a fungal overgrowth in the gut. Coconut oil, raw garlic, onions, and carrots amongst other veggies all have good antifungal properties, so try eating a salad everyday basically alongside all the fermented options given above.
If you want the full schizo approach then head over to the cdf thread over on /x/. Doubtless many will say 'bullshit', but I tried it out of interest and crapped out *a lot* of fungus, and that's speaking as someone who hasn't had one day of sickness in over 7 years.

Be super careful with antibiotics. Never take them for more than a few weeks unless your doctor actually knows what they're doing. My previous dermatologist had me taking oral antibiotics like Tetracycline, Doxycycline, and Minocycline every single day for over 10 years. And he also had me applying topical antibiotics like Clindamycin every single day for over 10 years. That caused me to get colonized by gram-negative bacteria that destroyed my scalp and gave me a super bad pseudomonas infection in my nasal cavities. And it probably fricked me up in all sorts of other ways that I'm not even aware of. I went to several different dermatologists looking for answers, and I was told that my only option is to take low-dose Accutane for the rest of my life - which will almost certainly frick me up super badly as well. I'm now basically heading towards suicide once my chronic illnesses become too much to bear. My quality of life is already abysmal. Most people would have killed themselves years ago if they were in my shoes. And so don't make my mistake. Only take antibiotics when absolutely necessary. And don't take pharmaceutical drugs if you can avoid it.
