Any advice for building chest muscle at home? There’s no gym near me. I’m having trouble doing push ups at 6’5 210
I cut from 280 this year and whatever muscle I had there evaporated I guess
Also should I continue to avoid carbs?

I have always wondered, are women that are into athleticism actually wife material?
Stay on topic or else
where the frick is her mouth
BASED Kei-chad holy shit unexpected good taste from IST
Frick no. I dated one and she was too boyish. Constantly wanted to work out, always wore sports bras and short shorts. Constantly tanning because she refused to go indoors for training. The sex seemed good until it started to feel like it wasn't sex but more like some kind of training session which lasted for too long. There's other things but basically just realize you're going to have to take care of her more than the average woman.
is supposed to be this reverse psychology?
everything you described is what I look for in a woman
well that sounds about fricking great
Nice fanfic
No. Too High T to be the mother of your children. Excellent fricks though. Wife material is like yoga/pilates type girls.
maybe you should check your push up form, also you can try to to them against the wall to make it a little easier and to work on your joints
>should I continue to avoid carbs?
arent carbs energy? i dont think you should avoud them entirely, just eat once a day
knew some girls from athleticism, very good friends, nice girls and attractive, you can bond a lot by running and warming up together, also any girl who practices a sport is infinitely better than the usual good for nothing and ridiculously weak women. i actually miss them a bit AAAAAAAAARRGH
Yes, women who do sports have good work ethic and better personalities on average, especially sports known for cultures of humility/sportsmanship like track and field, martial arts, swimming, soccer, rowing. Same goes for men, of course.
Thats a man
do push ups on your knees and then switch to your toes when you build up enough strength. women do this btw.
Excelent advice, anon, thanks.
I'm also moronic and not good at them as OP
To build on this, elevating your feet makes pushups harder.
Once you can do regular pushups put your feet on your bed etc to get even stronger from there.
whats your max pushups you can do in a set? I'm 6'3" 230 and can do at least 30
Only like 8 on my toes, I’ve been very sedentary this year because cutting down to 1100 calories a day OMAD was a little tough on my brain to stay consistently active
Still not like I had a bench press when I was obese
I was in a similar cenario in my late teens, I maxed out my chest at home by focusing mainly on push-ups and dumbell press with a bargain 20 pound set with more rust then actual metal.
But if you just want body exercises, start out with a pyramid, into variations 3x5-10-20 depending on how you can handle them, and end with another pyramid.
And slowly add more variations as you get bored/stronger
Yeah I started trying push ups again since I made the thread, it feels like a b***h to hold up my body weight but I managed 4 sets of 8 on my toes. I’ll keep trying them along with my two 25lb dumbbells
>I’m having trouble doing push ups at 6’5 210
That is a good thing. That means you have a lot of gains to get from getting better at push ups. Find a variation of push ups where you can do around 6-10 reps and start there. do them against a wall, go up to 3x30 then go down to floor and do them on your knees until you can do 3x20-30 and then try doing normal push ups.
>I cut from 280 this year and whatever muscle I had there evaporated I guess
Don't worry you didn't have any to begin with.
>Also should I continue to avoid carbs?
No. Carbs are good for you, especially if you are training. They are necessary to fuel your workouts and you are not going to get gains without carbs.
Get some dumbbells. Also avoiding carbs is a great way to have no energy for workouts.
>I’m having trouble doing push ups
You already gave up so why would we waste our time giving you advice. Fricking pussy.
I didn’t give up.
Stop whining then.
The frick? I asked for advice on fitness. Go click on a pepe thread if you’re so disgruntled
Nice
I’ll disgruntle your face.
Gay bored homie
>lust provoking image
>irrelevant time wasting question
i'll only spare you because i love 2D girls
Anime girls in fitness gear is literally my prime motivation
1000 pushups a day. Look it up on Youtube
My wiener is hard.
Push ups. Do many variations. if you can, invest in a vest.
any rec for vests
Must be fun to cut weight and now wanting to build muscle. You know what you have to do? Eat a lot of food. Have fun going back to 280 in 2 months.
What
There is not a natty on earth who is sub 7' who needs to bulk up to 280 lmao
>I’m having trouble doing push ups at 6’5 210
NGMI
Just keep at it and grind with pushups multiple times every day.
I used to be a fat bastard 6'3 at 270 and couldn't do 2 pushups properly, but kept trying over for 5 months and increased my maximum from 2 to 3, 4, 5 and after some weeks I could do 10. I kept doing 10 every morning for 2-3 weeks and then I increased by 1 more pushup every day until I could do 50 in one go. It's not easy, but also not that hard, it just takes long time and mental furtitude to stay consistant and maintain momentum. Keep going.
AAAAAAAAAAAAH MY CLARA FERNADEZ ANIME WAIFUUUUU AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH IMMMM GONNNAAAAA ROOOOOOOOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And lift AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
