            SS is a waste of time. Why do you need all week just to do 4 exercises. So you can get fat the rest of the time? Absolute joke.
            You're probably at a point where the weights don't go up every workout now. So no point trying to force it, you'll just injure yourself.
            Strength training is moronic. Build muscle instead

      You could maybe add pullovers and combine them with skullcrushers.

    Replace situps with cable crunches
    Lower deadlift weight and do it 3x10 like every other movement
    Add leg press
    Add reverse curls and one more curl of choice (recommend cable curls)

    If you're only working out 3 times a week, not doing full body means you are only hitting each group once a week. In other words, your program is shit.
