Why doesn’t he have loose skin?

He does. Look at the fat line under his chest. That's never going away

Fat my whole life. Lost 100 pounds/45kg. Still looked bad because of horrible fat distribution. Realized I need to drop 150 pounds/68kg or more instead to actually look decent. No loose skin; thankfully have really good skin genetics though. Grandma is 70 but looks 45 type genetics. Lost the weight a while back and regained a little when life got in the way. I physically felt way better but I was disappointed by the results and mentally unhealthy so I couldn't fully enjoy them

    >How long were you fat?
    Childhood through college
    >When did you lose the weight?
    After college
    >How are you doing mentally?
Still no friends and no gf but people treat me 10x better and I get mires instead of looks of disgust and pity. Also, allowing a child to become obese should be felony child abuse.

So, what happens to all that extra skin?

Why doesn’t he have loose skin?

if you lift and gain muscle before losing the excess fat you won't have any loose skin, unless you are monstrously obese

Man remember when we all thought drake would be a super star and then he became a coked up failed musician. Even Josh had to publicly say he doesn't even talk to drake anymore

Classic reason why you don't want to peak to early. All those popular kids in highschool are losers now

I was 204 lbs, now 144 lbs. Feels good.
Thinking about eating a high protein caloric surplus and lifting weights to get to 160 but muscular, but I guess I have a fear of putting the weight back on because of how much I hate my former fat self.

Finally starting to hit a decent weight after being a fat frick for pretty much 90% of my life. Used to feel really good but I'm starting to get lean enough to where my skin is starting to sag slightly and I'm still like 20kg from my estimated 12% bf weight and I'm kinda become more self conscious again

    Most I weighed was 276lbs (129.4kg)
Was this weight since 2015. It would fluctuate between (122kg & 129kg)

I am 5,9, so I looked absolutely disgusting. Like an apple with popsicle sticks for limbs.

    Lost 50kg 110lbs over 2021 till now.

Now in the best shape of my life, it really did alter my life for the better.

Top 3 personal things that changed:

1 - Mental Health and Attitude to life changed drastically. Confidence was boosted.
2 - All my Pains and Aches disappeared. Shootings pains in back, ankle and knee pain gone.
3 - The final one is hard to explain, but I feel like how I felt when I was younger, you know that invincible, never tired and can go on forever energy. When I was fat, I was always tired. Now I can really enjoy full days, full of activity.

Top 3 external things that changed:

1 - People are much nicer to me, more eye contact, people are happier to be around me.
2 - I get invited to more events, outings or friends wish to hang out whenever they can
3 - I quit the job I was in (which I hated) but didn't have the drive to find a new one. Got a new one and I am absolutely loving it.

Still plenty for me to work on, getting back into dating, saving up for a new motorcycle. Make up for lost time as it were.

To any fatties reading this, you can do it. Just get it done, there is more to life than this. The grass truly is greener. PUT DOWN THE DAMN FORK.

      >eye contact and getting invited

Literally this. After I lost weight people started to make eye contact with me and it felt foreign to me because nobody would do that before when I was fat.
I was literally gaslit by ((people)) that I had autism over the eye contact thing when it was really the other way around.

    >how did you lose the weight
    I was 6'0 235lbs maybe 240lbs at my heaviest
    I cut down to 170lbs
Simple but strict works the best.
I ate 2000 calories every day and ran a 5k 6 days a week and I lost most of that weight in under 6 months
    >I can't run a 5k though
Yeah you can just go slower.

    > How long were you fat? When did you lose the weight?
    From around 10-24 (14 years)

    >How are you doing mentally?
A lot better. I’m actually more confident and don’t appear awkward anymore

I was chubby around 11-12, fat around 13-14 then obese from 15-21. Started losing weight 2 years ago. I'm normal bmi now but still flabby and out of shape (<10kg away from my goal)

These last few kg have been the hardest. I could shed weight a year ago by just eating less junk but now I need to exercise and eat properly to see results. I keep binge eating every few days and ruin my progress. I'm stuck at 75-78kg. I'm also worried about loose skin around my belly and chest. It's pretty tight and hurts to pinch when standing up but when I lean over everything sags. Hopefully it'll stop sagging once the fat goes. My stretch marks aren't really visible but it depends on the lighting and angle

I'm doing much better mentally though, but I won't truely be comfortable until I have no chubbiness left

went from 95kg to 73kg in less than a year through mild exercises (crunches, pushups, lots of cardio) and watching what I eat, mostly cooking my own shit and staying away from sugars. Time passes and I get more interested in fitness, speak to likeminded people and receive tips and I've been doing better ever since. Right now I'm circling around late 70s/early 80s due to muscle mass and water weights, optimizing training as much as I can, while still enjoying cardio (running/cycling/swimming, all enjoyable pass-times).

We're all gonna make it brahs

    >How long were you fat?
As far as I can remember
    >When did you lose the weight?
About a year and a half ago when I hit 182 kg, now I’m 88 kg still fat but I’m working on it.
    >How are you doing mentally?
Since I lost a lot of weight I felt much happier and gained so much confidence, I also cut some people off because everyone changed, some for better and some for worse
