      Based. Abs grow a lot with only some high weight low rep exercises. The problem is that you need to have low fat in your belly to see them pop.
      Right now I have a 6-pack and I'm trying to see if I do have an 8-pack. I'll need to get rid of my lower belly fat to discover it. Let's see if I can do it by the end of this year!

    my quads just be hyper responders i have the best legs that I've ever seen
    my Calves were always massive, but the way squats grew my quads is absolutely unprecedented

      Quads and calves. Genetically I have massive legs that also I overdeveloped when playing rugby when young.

      Although in videos she looks with higher bf% than in pictures (shooped?), I'm jelly of the German bro that gets the chance of eating that ass daily.

    Traps and calves, lesser extent quads and hamstrings. I have pretty good leg genetics, but god awful arm and chest genetics.

    Arms, specifically biceps. Started lifting a year and a half ago; at that time, I was repping 2 pl8 on the Hoist preacher machine. Now I'm repping 4. Yes, I am natty-- my father was a bodybuilder, and my mother was also extremely sporty, so I probably have very good genetics. I am also very good about getting my protein requirements. I am now pushing my way towards my final goal of a 5 pl8 curl, which I assume MUST be the limit. Even with good genetics and eating though, I just don't understand how this level of progress is possible for a natural. Unless someone is secretly roiding me, this amount of progress seems very extreme. If it's really as easy as training 5x/ week and eating right, then all of us can make it.

    My glutes are hyper reaponders apparently. Had a pancake ass a year ago, now I have a fricking dumptruck. Everything else has grown slowly. I am a straight dude... why couldn't have been my delts or chest bros?

      i think thats how it is for everyone. My ass is out of control and ive stopped doing hip hinges because of it. Makes women with flat asses more pathetic than they already are.

    My back, I literally rip clothes if don't wear jackets with caution.

    I love doing chin ups and pull ups so maybe that's a reason

    Lats I think, I can do a set of excentric pull ups and already see a difference.

    Rowing doesn't work on them at all though, super weird. Do rows even do anything for back?

    i´d like to say that my ass and pecs although i´ve given up on basic lifting and just do cardio and bodyweight mostly nowadays, my body cant take anymore injuries.

    and it's not close. I spammed pull-ups for nearly a year now along with some other movements, but mainly pull-ups.
    I expected my triceps, shoulders and chest to grow. But BOOOOY did my lats explode.

        When I do pullsups, I tend to feel it alot in back of triceps. I wouldn't do them for triceps but you might get some residual benefits.

    Traps tend to grow really well
    biceps too when I train them with focus but I dont usually do much bicep work
