Nah that is no problem, just avoiding the obvious deep fried stuff and using canola where butter is appropriate.
Also, those oils can stay stored in the body for 5-10 years, so it may make sense to supplement vitamin e once in a while to offset their effects.
400IU once or twice a week with a fatty meal should do the trick.
