im the first guy. i could very well have a killer physique if i tried since ive lurked fit for years and put in enough time in the gym to know pretty much everything there is to at least become intermediate if not elite level. the problem is im just so deeply fricking lazy/mentally ill that i can never stick to it. getting addicted to marijuana in the last 6 months put my laziness into overdrive
yeah same, ive been browsing IST for 10y+ but im not even ottermode. all muscle i have is from random gym memberships total probably 6-7mo + manual labor 1y total i worked in meantime. only reason im in shape is i do random shit, like if i randomly walk by bars in park, and i have few dumbells i workout with for some time, before i just ,,give up'' again
Find something to do and THEN smoke, not the other way around. If you smoke and then try to find something to do, then you'll land in the kitchen and your "activity" is now eating a couple of every snack that you have. But if your plan was to spend 3 hours working on an oil painting, you can get your little dopamine hits doing that instead of by eating.
weed + tobacco works on me as an appetite suppressant. but the weed makes it so im lazy and i dont cook proper meals
an average dinner when im being a regular human being could be some chicken curry or spaghetti bolognaise. if im high its pasta and cheese, or cereal or im ordering. add to that whilst im high im probably lazing around playing video games, listening to music or just otherwise being a degenerate sedentary consumer my actual desire to eat much is near zero. after a few days of this your stomach will be so tight eating a regular meal will be a real struggle just by itself. it probably helps ive been skinny my entire life and i come from a family of light eaters t. 180cm 60kg

the munchies stopped hitting me and then food just tasted worse normally and i was apathetic about it
i lost like 10lbs and i was already too thin
now i've stopped smoking i enjoy food a lot more honestly i might be over cannabis and that makes me sad but i had a two month hiatus and when i smoked again i still had zero body high
i enjoy the mild psychedelic effect but it isn't really worth it

can confirm op, granted im bit bigger only cuz i eat somewhat well and im manual worker. this is the way 100%
also you should buy adjustable dumbells and do basic shit with them, jim looks kinda too small to count as actualy good body
