      I was a bit worried about hand position also, but you dont have to install the bar, the hand holds work fine... also the seat is adjustable in a few directions.

                inherently non-compound. only useful as accessory exercises for people who are already lifting heavy on compound lifts and want to gain specific "aesthetics."

                It does flat bench, squat and rows, those all hit at least 2 muscle groups. I wouldnt use it for deadlift, though it can do that also.

    It depends, if you are someone who just wants to make sure they get a good safe workout in then they are perfect.
    If you are trying to be a strongman or a bodybuilder they just don't offer enough options, or permit enough weight.
