Bro just lift weight and eat protein, this isn't rocket science. Get your ass in the gym and familiar with the lifts and proper form, start being conscious about what you eat. You don't have to get all autistic and track every single calorie but at least track your protein intake and have a good idea about how what you eat and a out how much makes you gain or lose weight.

It's baffling to me that people look like this. I've been lifting 3 times a week consistently for a couple years now and people tell me all the time that I look huge/great. It's not like it takes 2 hours a day 6 days a week at the gym to make it. Literally just lift and don't stop.
As a beginner the biggest difference was when I got what pushing to failure means. This is not natural for many autists and it's even harder at the beginning phase of lifting journeys
