    i live in a country that protects their worker’s rights, so i never went above my 35-hour week. getting my workout in is easy, i hope things improve in your country OP

    its funny how easy my job is 🙂

    new manager keeps yapping about metrics and data though and thats an issue

    as for OP
    try to WFH 2 days, and work out every other day instead of each day and/or 5 days a week
    I'm also very certain you can convince your manager to go to gym and eat lunch for two hours during some office days if you are good at your job and are willing to stay after 1700 to compensate
