My fingers are all hurting. It's like psoriatic arthritis since I have psoriasis.
Has anybody been able to deal with autoimmune diseases?
Is taking biolgics/humiris worth it?

yes mine are triggered by food sensitivity/allergies so I dont eat any trigger foods
what condition do you have? what are your trigger foods?
This is what happens when you get childhood vaccines.
>This is what happens when you drink milk
Frfy
I don't drink milk but can all dairy have this effect?
Dairy is milk
so even yoghurt is really bad, is dairy really that bad?
If you are an adult and it hasn't hurt you you are probably ok. It harms young children via hormonal mimicry
most of the time we just give kids low fat chocolate milk anyway not even real dairy
Idk how you think being low fat males it not dairy
dairy naturally has fat attached. did your fat deficient brain miss the chocolate part? chocolate and sugar are added because its not as palatable without the natural fat
That doesn't mean it isn't dairy, did your logically deficient brain forget this when being an ass?
its not real dairy
>This is what happens when you drink pasteurized milk
Ftfy
Raw milk is real milk. Pasteurized is toxic.
eczema. itchy red dry spots that get larger and larger and risk infection.
triggered by wheat and random vegetables like carrots or tomatoes. plus some random shit I dont even know it all.
eczema is not autoimmune unless you're thinking of psoriasis.
tbh I dont know the correct diagnosis. doctors said its eczema but then only prescribed useless creams that only made it worse
yep - got both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
diet is autoimmune protocol but i've done it for years and know what i could reintroduce now
my triggers are all nightshades, so i don't eat white potatoes, tomatoes, any peppers, eggplant.
for me diet isn't enough, i've been on tremfya for 3 years, that's starting to not work either as i feel arthritis in my shoulders and my psoriasis is creeping back up.
have you considerd humira or DMARDs?
I think humira/biolgics is too expensive for me
my only autoimmune disease is being too cool but nothing helps

redpill me on LDN, how can it help?
Look into borax.
OP, look into fermented foods to restore your gut bacteria like homemade yogurt and unpasteurized sauerkraut. Also, take up prolonged fasting. Watch the videos of dr Jamnadas and such. I'm currently on day 2 of a 3 day water fast. nothing but plain water. I try to fast once a month. Stop eating sugar and gluten and refined carbs.
the gut bacteria plays a role in healing autoimmune?
it doesn't just play a role, it's massive. look up the theory psoriasis is a gut disease, some docs are treating it with bile acids + s boulardii (probiotic) and quercetin. there are also stories on reddit where people put rheumatoid arthritis into remission with fasting. why? the gut bacteria live and die on a timescale of days. not eating for 3 days helps your gut. Also lets it rest from digestion. fasting and gut bacteria are both big topics, there's a lot to research on them.
That's interesting anon. Also, what bile acids help?
Yes? The gut is part of the immue system.
I've had severe eczema all my life that sometimes calms down and then flares up again for months. Recently it got bad again and i went ahead and tried the carnivore diet. Only ate beef and some butter/eggs, only water and some coffee for drinks.
Only 2 weeks in but eczema is almost entirely gone, still some spots but they're not itchy anymore, just healing. I have asthma too, i noticed my lungs and nose are completely cleared now without medication, i can breath.
God bless anon. Glad you are doing better.
i have chronic severe eczema (the autoimmune kind), had a bit of eczema as a kid but went away but then came back waay worsr when i was 22. for five years it ruined my life, no diet or creams helped, even had phototherapy but still didn’t help. i thought i was at a dead end, was newly married but so sick i couldn’t even frick and could hardly go to work, would have necked it but had to stick around for my wife. three months ago got on a clinical trial for upadacitinib. it cleared it within days, i couldn’t believe it. just enjoying having my life back for now but want to eventually try to get off the drugs and control it naturally. tell me more if you can carnivore anon, although my guess would be that being carnivorous is probably about as dangerous if not more so than taking the drugs im on now. also curious to hear any stories of dupixent.
this reads exactly like a television ad for a prescription pill
Like you i also have severe eczema since i was a kid, disappeared during puberty and then came back in my 20s. But not much to say really as i've been eating carnivore for only 2 weeks, first week was pretty bad but now i'm feeling amazing, energy levels are through the roof aswell. Going to continue for a few more weeks, see if i can get rid of the eczema entirely and then i'll see which other foods i can add. There are some youtube gurus that swear by this diet for years now and claim it's the best diet for your heart and your general health, basically the opposite of what health institutions tell you.
I also applied for dupixent a few years ago but i had to try other drugs before i could get it through healthcare. They gave me cyclosporine which freaked me out with all the side effects i was getting after just a few days and later reading all the side effects of dupixent i decided to skip it. Also found out these JAK inhibitors you're on were in early trials which seemed promising so i decided to just wait.
same for me. I dont eat carnivore daily just low carb but if I ever have breakouts then that diet fixes it immediately
Try carnivore diet to eliminate trigger foods
I had some vaccines in 2011 (at 20 year old age), including BCG, 4 months later I began to have general fatigue in my body, as if I had the flu, and one day I woke up with my whole body sore, feet, knees, hips, shoulders, wrists and hands, neck and jaw, I was diagnosed 6 months later with rheumatoid arthritis, they tried methotrexate but it didn't work, only doses of prednisone that I had kept at 5mg all these years worked, I tried LDN and it didn't work, I tried probiotics and it didn't work, turmeric , moringa, the hyperbaric chamber didn't work either, I changed my diet to a carnivore diet and neither did, I eliminated sugar and neither did, humira worked, but it made me vomit and I had to stop it after 3 months, only prednisone kept my illness at bay, then after the covid vaccines (which I obviously did not inject) I found reports of a disease that the vaccine caused in some patients, which was called RS3PE, which is very similar to rheumatoid arthritis, the treatment consists of hydroxychloroquine, and this one did, after a month I was able to stop prednisone and I got my life back after 10 years, so if it's true, the vaccine can screw up your life, I won't put more shit in my body again, I only take hydroxychloroquine and creatine now what can I do again gym
Read about Grant Genereux and how eliminating vitamin A from your diet cures psoriasis. See ggenereux.blog
why vit A?
Whats your vaxx status?
You could benefit from the info on r/cosmicdeathfungus, they may actually have a post for psoriasis if not there then it's something they mentioned on /x/.
FWIWTY, i have (had) similar issues, but tried out what they were preaching and it's been effective. So either it works or it's a great placebo.
My lips starting peeling and looking like Cheetos for years angular cheilitis
