I usually measure my protein (200 grs of chicken, two cans of tuna etc) but for carb I just go with the vibes
usually two slices of wheat bread, a handful of pasta or a rice pack (like 300 calories I think)
I got out of skelly mode doing that, in 8 months went from 165lbs to 200lbs at 6'2, most of it muscle with a decent bit of fat that was a pain to cut, but after that, maintaining is easy

Yep. My country have an amazing coisine so im not sticking to chicken and rice. I do avoid sugar at all costs and bread but i eat whatever the frick i want and lift heavy. Never had a problem with being fat and im not planning to compete

I’ve tried behavioural, supplements, and medications, trying all sorts of diets and now finally giving carnivore/keto a shot cause it might be good for mental health.
PS I look good due to the work I put in when I was younger, this is more so about feeling good.
I eat clean. I kind of do Peaty type diet with a lot more meat and whey protein. Lots of fruit, honey, skim milk, light cheeses, etc. Definitely pro-metabolic. I tried bulking but I just got skinny fat. I tried counting calories but it felt wrong to me. Just eat clean, limit PUFA, get enough protein.

So far today I had a cup of orange juice, a Yoplait yogurt, Marie Callender's meal, cinnamon roll, and ice cream. I will probably have chicken or pizza for dinner.

6'2 former skelly I just make sure I get at least 3000 cals a day and only drink alcohol twice a month max
