Yep have to wear tons of layers thankfully being lean has made it easier to do that without looking puffy. I recommend good scarfs brah.

I find that I like getting home (super early relatively) with a nice long hot shower and going to bed early.

Yes, I fricking hate it. Only thing I almost sort of miss about being fat sometimes: I was warm (when I wasn't burning up and sweating like a pig). Always fricking cold now.

Besides much lower body fat, eating less means a lot less heat is created from digesting food. Even during the summer, I have to keep my AC at 78-80°F now, although that's partly because my house is small so I'm always under a vent. In a bigger house 74-76°F is fine.

I had this problem but now that I've taken the Ray Peat pill I feel very warm all the time. When I was vegan I was cold and shaky all the time, so bad I had to go to the hospital once. I had severe mineral deficiencies. Now I eat root vegetables and fruit and drink milk all day and coffee and tea and I feel great.

Take the peatpill anon. You will feel warm and toasty all day.

Bodyfat has literally nothing to do with your perception of temperature, you are just a homosexual, I have only ever heard homosexuals and women complain about it being too cold, women are forgivable, homosexuals aren't forgivable.

this. fat does not in fact act as insulation, and bears going to hibernation for the winter after stuffing themselves is a myth

Not him, but yes, fat does act as insulation, but still, stop being a little fricking b***h. Fricking homosexual
        >oh im just casually complaining its not like im actively going out of my way to deal with feeling chillier being lean
        You're still a little fricking b***h.

It really doesnt insulate that well. Women are fatter and they get cold easier. It's because they have less muscle.

fat women are always sweating more than the average person. that’s why their veganas stink and taste terrible

having lost 1/3 of my bodyweight i think there is some truth to it but maybe mass is more appropriate to think of it, the body works more in order to maintain mass thus generating more heat, the less mass you have the less energy your body requires, thus generates less heat.
So if you wanna avoid feeling cold, move around duh.

Body fat may insulate you a little bit but it's muscle that really makes you cold resistant.

It's not the body fat, it's the calorie restrictive diet, less carbs, and 1-2 meals a day instead of 3-4.

Also you all probably can't relate but I can prove this by grabbing their fat little asscheeks and feeling how cold and dead they are compared to a mans.
