      what would happen if someone drank the whole jug? would they absorb all the calories or would most of it go right through and give you watery diarrhea? 33000 kcal is almost 10 lbs of fat, so would you get visibly fatter over the next few days as your body stored the excess energy? I need to know

        the body cannot digest 3 pounds of liquid oil at once, not even close. 100 ml of liquid can easily cause diarrhea. hard fat or oil soaked bread/whatever is a better way to not shit out fat.

        The only time I was ever able to gain belly fat was by consuming an extra 2000 calories a day of fat.
        I did it for about 2 weeks and noticed that I gain like 5lb of belly fat.

        So my lesson from this:
        Excess calories with high protein = some muscle growth, with lots of protein wasted cause there are biological limits to muscle growth
        Excess calories with high fat = major fat storage. The most obvious solution for the body is to store excess fat into fat cells.
        Excess calories with high carb = small muscle gain, minimal fat gain as well, high energy

        Your liver would fail if it tried to process all those PUFAs.
        Your blood would turn to pure fat causing all sorts of blood flow issues.

        There is a hard cap on how much your body can gain in a day. Even if you spaced out the oil as much as possible, cell division just takes time.
