      Defs know. I lost over 60kg with keto weights cardio and fasting. Then stopped fasting and put a bit back on. Haven't lost weight since. Cook my own food, just meat and veg once a day and a protein shake after weights. I was going multiple days a week without food by the end of my weight loss. I do a lot of cardio too, about 2hrs a day of steady state.

    Dairy, red meat, organs, sugar, fruit, fruit juice, coffee, salt, all to taste. That's a good basis, from there the occasional starch or vegetable won't really hurt.
    Start eating small meals and snacks throughout the day instead of 1-2 big meals.
    Just stay away from PUFAs and other indigestible garbage.

        Issue is basically that I am staying at maintenance weight with a daily calorie intake of around 1500.

        Want to loose more but cutting even lower with the exercise I'm doing (1 hr weights 4 days a week, 1-2 hours steady state cardio 6 days per week) is already pretty difficult. I've been eating a little bit more protein and doing a little bit more cardio but still have just been staying the same.

        Miss the days when I first started and was lossing 1.5kg a week with just good diet.

        No, at best it would have helped, but not completely prevented muscle loss.
        If you diet aggressively enough, even with a high protein intake and lifting, you'll still lose some muscle.
        However he refused to do any lifting, or any exercise at all, since he thinks it either doesn't benefit him at all, or that he's above it.

    I don't think you can frick up your metabolism by fasting alone, not to a point that it becomes a problem that you can't solve in a week. Start reintroducing healthy (non-processed) foods slowly and you'll be fine.
