Anyone else have weird proportions? I feel like everywhere outgrows my chest and forearms. I'm a powerlifter but want to start doing some specific hypertrophy work to even out my physique. I deadlift and bench heavy but my chest and forearms seem underdeveloped as frick. Any advice on what I should do?
Pic related.
That's just what powerlifters look like. You look asymmetric because fat isn't distributed equally. You have a lot of fat stored in your upper arms and very little in your forearms so it looks weird, same for other parts. If you want to look better, lose fat.
I don't want to lose strength though, as that's basically what I train for, cutting cycles aren'treally a thing - either bulking or lean bulking, haha. I thought I could add a day focused on building mass in my forearms and pecs? Any reason why this wouldn't work? And if it would, what would people recommend I do? Thanks
You're telling me bro
Bro 3 weeks ago you said you were going to therapy yet here you are shitPosting yet again frick off for a bit yea?
Leave me alone.

Is this Blaha?
If so lookin alot better, bro.
Blaha?
Thanks, but I'm not him.
As I said, I'm not a bodybuilder - I primarily train for strength in squat, deadlift, and bench press. Being fat isn't a huge issue, but I want bigger forearms and pecs as I look unbalanced/weird.
You're literally just fat, lose weight then come back and ask
OP you look strong. Just cut 10 pounds and I'm sure you'll look shredded + evened out.
Thanks. I'm fairly strong as a recreational powerlifter. 220kg deadlift, 180kg squat, 120kg bench.
I don't want to cut, that's the thing. A cut means a probable decrease in strength.
I'm on a permanent clean-ish bulk, basically. If I ever get over 110kg I'll probably think about cutting.
Every session? I was thinking doing a forearm/chest session as an extra session every week. Bodybuilding type session which is new for my as I'm obviously not a bodybuilder.
Yeah, true. Thanks. I just think I look badly proportioned.
Re: proportions - I have a fairly big back, shoulders, and legs. Makes my chest and forearms look tiny.
add 1 or 2 accessories at the end of every workout, dont do an extra one
Your muscle definition is just hidden by a little bit of body fat. Cut a bit and it will show
add 3x10 accessories to your pl routine
you're welcome
some people can work a certain area a lot but atill have crap genetics for a certain part of the body
my chest is underdeveloped too but yours looks better than mine
the answer is simply to keep training it and not neglect because you lack current gains
I'm 6'2" 190, quite lean with nearly ideal proportions, a head full of thick hair in my early 30s, a large penis and an ugly face. I believe that the Lord perhaps blessed me with an ugly face to keep me humble, like Paul's thorne in his flesh.
I also have found that when I just pretend that I'm super handsome and laugh gustily and openly hit on girls out of my laugh like they're not, everyone just sort of believes it somehow and people are blinded to me looking like Quazimoto.
Also women love blood. Every time I've gotten bloody at a concert or party and keep enjoying myself women come in like flies.
God is so good you guys.
>I'm a powerlifter
we can tell.
How can you tell?
Can you please post your height & weight?
