The base dosage is 100mg per serve so halve it or less. A lot of the banned pre-workouts I tried had a proprietary amounts of DMAA/1-3 Dimethyl but I would say it was in the 100mg range.

it would give me this sort of poisoned feeling and it was like my body was telling me "yeah, nah" and i had to overrule it to have it again.

Been using Crack since October. Be careful with it. It's ridiculously strong. I've never taken the recommended dose of 2 heaping scoops; only 1 and a half scoops and twice per week. I took 2 scoops to the brim just one time and it was just too fricking much, but a great workout nonetheless.
Tolerance builds somewhat rapidly. It took about 2 or 3 weeks at the dose I take it at to feel less of an effect, but that doesn't mean much as you'll still feel it. The after workout effects are particularly nice, literally reminds me of cocaine but far less potent; you just want to talk and have a mental hyper-focus on whatever you're doing. Your pupils will also shrink like with any amphetamine, and personally it lessens libido, but doesn't entirely kill it off. The effect wears off for me in about ~5 hours and hasn't affected sleep on the days I take it.
Fricking GREAT pump with it though. Don't take any other caffeine products with it or beforehand, and make sure you take it after eating. Honestly treat it like a drug, because it is.
