A big benefit of yoga is that it can be a very low-intensity, near-infinite duration exercise. It's something healthy you can do instead of vegetating on the couch watching Netflix miscegenation propaganda. I find it's a great thing to do before bed to help improve sleep quality.

I do it on cardio/off days. The stretching part of it is nice and a good change from lifting cause you do shit with your body you’d normally never do. On the other hand, the whole spiritual BS around Yoga you get from Thottubers… not so much.

I do it every day in the morning and evening. Always feels good if I got DOMs from lifting.

Plenty of programs on Youtube if you search for it. Just be prepared for some next level pretentiousness, and keep in mind it's good for your body.
I do about 5-10 minutes of yoga every morning
It's a nicer way of stretching and it makes me ready for my day

I attend a class twice a week. I had been lifting 4 days a week for a few years and was pretty stiff. Couldn't touch my toes, had a bit of scoliosis etc. A year later I am pretty flexible by most measure. Can't do a split but can do toe touch and have found various poses thag help open my hips and spine to keep back and neck pain away. There are a variety of classes with the most common being 'flow' classes that are more aerobic in nature, but I find strong/slow classes to be my favorite. Focus is on long holds and deep stretches.
I've come to like it more than my regular lifting. Feels like I'm fending off old age in a good way and they classes are also 90% cuties. Only hard part is that you have to find a good instructor. I've been to a few where you have a white woman playing Lana del ray or some shit and counting repetitions of movements and that sucks. The teaches who being an energy more skin to a massage therapist are the way to go.
You csn obviously do it alone but I reccomend a class when you are getting started.

Modern yoga has been bastardized by women into an easy-peasy, fashionable exercise that they can wrap their whole personalities around. Its only utility now is in training women to endure getting fricked in entertaining positions.

No. I don't do it. Before lifting will steal your gainz because stretching reduces the amount of force your muscles can produce. After is just pointless because you get all the stretching you need from lifting if you do it right.
