    I've been peating for a month now, with light biking/swimming everyday and gentle walk

    Here are the things I noticed :

    >Easy and steady weight loss. I'm actually hungry for lunch and in the evening, something that hadn't happened in a while
    >Better skin thanks to the coconut oil (I think my psioriasis was triggered by seed oils)
    >Energized so much I'm alright even if I had a bad night
    >My body is producing strong heat sometimes (sign of high metabolism, it's crazy)
    >Libido is back
    >Finally reached 15% bodyfat

    I was never able to go down to 15% bf because the more I fasted/retricted calories, the less my body burned its energy. With a fast metabolism I feel like a teenager again!

    The main point of peating is learning how to listen to your body.
    Sometimes I wake up with a strong urge to eat rice for ex, and sometimes not at all
    I advise doing light calisthenics and cardio with it.
    Also learn to eat slowly and APPRECIATE THE FRICKING FOOD.
    It's also ok and much better to sip some milk with honey or OJ through the day but don't do it too much.

    Also, peating isn't set in stone. Don't be an autist and refuse to eat pastas or bread or sweets once in a while. It's a set of principles, not a meme diet

        I'm not a lifter. I train for fitness and aesthetics.
        The Ray peat diet isn't optimal to gain muscles but if you have an ok base (i'm not skinny fat) it makes you feel good and sharp

        Simple sugars are quickly used by the body, which produces more ATP, which makes you more energetic, which gives you a higher metabolism.
        It doesn't have to be fruit, I use white race and OJ + honey

        Of course, if you are a fatass who sits all day long it can give you diabetes but that shouldn't if you understand what it entails

        does he have nuts and legumes going into the trash can?

        Just cut Seed oils tbh. A little pufas from nuts won't kill you

                We want to avoid seed oils so pork is not recommended

            Pork is restricted because their fat becomes PUFA when they're cold and fed shitty feed, and they're fed literally mulched plastic. If you had your own pigs kept in a warm barn fed good food then they would be fine. This is objective fact so you're the pork cultist.

    There is no ray peat diet. You eat carbs and avoid pufa that's the jist of it. Every time I see someone post "the ray peat diet" it's always their own bullshit but they put his name over it. The closest there is to a "diet" is.

    I see nothing wrong with it, I'm starting to think too much meat reduces lifespan, we are monkeys after all fruits veggie should be parimary source of calories but u still need 100g+ protein daily if u lift, so milk fish organs and some muscle meal is needed
