I've been peating for a month now, with light biking/swimming everyday and gentle walk
Here are the things I noticed :
>Easy and steady weight loss. I'm actually hungry for lunch and in the evening, something that hadn't happened in a while >Better skin thanks to the coconut oil (I think my psioriasis was triggered by seed oils) >Energized so much I'm alright even if I had a bad night >My body is producing strong heat sometimes (sign of high metabolism, it's crazy) >Libido is back >Finally reached 15% bodyfat
I was never able to go down to 15% bf because the more I fasted/retricted calories, the less my body burned its energy. With a fast metabolism I feel like a teenager again!
The main point of peating is learning how to listen to your body.
Sometimes I wake up with a strong urge to eat rice for ex, and sometimes not at all
I advise doing light calisthenics and cardio with it.
Also learn to eat slowly and APPRECIATE THE FRICKING FOOD.
It's also ok and much better to sip some milk with honey or OJ through the day but don't do it too much.
Also, peating isn't set in stone. Don't be an autist and refuse to eat pastas or bread or sweets once in a while. It's a set of principles, not a meme diet

I see nothing wrong with it, I'm starting to think too much meat reduces lifespan, we are monkeys after all fruits veggie should be parimary source of calories but u still need 100g+ protein daily if u lift, so milk fish organs and some muscle meal is needed
