I used to study 10-12 hours a day, work a part time job, and workout at like 10 or 11pm during my time in college. I never had any issues since I was single.
If I had been dating, then I would probably be pretty strung out
I realized that when I got the flue recently and didn't workout for 2 weeks that I had more energy and was more creative in my work.
How's your sleep? Have you been tested for sleep apnea?
I have insomnia sometimes, but I'd say it's regularly good, around 7-8 hours.
Try reducing frequency of exercise, sleeping more, and fixing your diet/nutrition. If that doesn't help get your hormones tested.
>Try reducing frequency of exercise
been on that. I've always struggled with sleep but I've been trying and it's not bad. >If that doesn't help get your hormones tested.
I have no signs of low T, but I might ask my M.D about it. I do SR and I think nutting lowers my willpower and makes me tired for a few days. My vitality and brain focus increases with while on SR.
But I definitely don't get exposed to sunlight, except for my 30min daily walk.
Yeah that's the idea. You workout, get tired. Then sleep. See, sleep generally helps with fatigue.
>See, sleep generally helps with fatigue.
just wake up sore and tired again.
I do PPL and my body doesn't recover on time for the next training. I need at least 4 days.
>I do PPL and my body doesn't recover on time for the next training. I need at least 4 days.
your routine isnt set in stone. you arent forced to do pplxppl etc. you can always just add additional rest days like pxplxpxplx etc. adjust it to your needs.
improve your diet, recovery. restructure zour training if necessary. most importantly, nut up and stop being a pussy. it's not supposed to be easy. happiness is for women and children.
I've discovered that doing harder and harder strength training takes a lot on your mind and there's a reason for that. It depletes your acetylcholine reserves, a neurotransmitter. Eventually it will increase your cortisol levels which causes brain fog too. Dehydration can also be the culprit as we are burning through way more water than a typical normie fatass.
So what to do? You need to be resting your CNS every 8-12 weeks. Which means sitting the frick down and doing nothing. Your central nervous system will recover, your acetylcholine will come back, your cortisol will normalize and when you go to work out again, you'll essentially level up. You'll level up way more than if you just kept grinding.
So the rest should be a week. You may be thinking by day 4 that you want to skull punch someone with all the potential energy you have now. That's good. Get to a point (usually 7 days) where you can't take it anymore and then you may continue. You want that CNS totally rested.
If you're already doing this, like I was, but still are lazy and sleepy mentally then your saving grace is cardio. Like try to train up your vo2 max with cardio. When I did this I started aging in reverse. Potent hormones, horny, quicker thinking.. its like flushing out the pipes. You'll be amazed at what it'll do. You ever meet runners and they have that runner energy? Yeah.
Women: you need to be eating for your cycle. You need to be eating enough fats for your hormones to even function during your luteal phase. You need to be eating basically at maintenance during your luteal phase too. Otherwise you're fricking yourself and you'll start to look ragged and not juicy. So cut first two weeks of the month, maintenance with extra fats during luteal until your period.
pussy

Eat fish (deenz, salmon, oysters, etc.) and a lot of fruit (apples, kiwis, nanners, mango), and deload every 3-4 weeks.

Mike Mentzer's HIT philosophy is the solution to this.
O yeah, I know it very well. It’s CN fatigue. Do less if it bothers you
Who would've thought working out would make you feel fatigued
My general well being improved a million times when I switched from 4-5 times a week to 1-2 times full body. Also my physique didn't even get worse
