I think I'm gonna try to cut down to 205-210 after new years then coast there until fall with a bulk up to 225.
Next year I wanna develop some athleticism. I feel strong but I don't feel powerful if that makes sense.
I regressed bros, in many ways, and improved in others. I'm 5 months clean from the israelite marijuana, and 2 months off nicotine, but quitting those two has given me pretty mid depression (sleeping in really late until noon), and it seems like my tried and true 3 day split I've been doing since I was 16 (30 now) isn't giving me results. Used to be able to cut easily, and bulk up easily, but I think the excessive sleep is fricking with my metabolism or something.
Trying to get up at 630 as a habit and immediately going for 5000+ steps or a two mile run before breakfast, I'll see if that helps. Wish me luck bees, I thought quitting the israelite weed would help but I think I spent too many years on it developing poor habits.
I'm only 3kg away, but damn I lost 30kg and can bench 2pl8 for a few reps and 70kg ohp 1rm. I'm really happy with how much I've changed. Now it's time to get a job.
